[0004] Recently, environmental problems have arisen so far, and attempts have been made to manufacture recycled toilet paper by using pulp produced from recycled white paper used in office documents and the like.
On the other hand, in the case of the milk pack, the inner surface is coated with vinyl to prevent the milk pack from being retracted by the milk contained therein. Therefore, in order to recycle the pulp and make toilet paper, it is necessary to remove the vinyl coated on the inner surface of the milk pack. Therefore, the technique of removing the coated vinyl is essential.
At present milk packs have astronomical units for collection, incineration and landfill costs. The study found that recycling 1 ton of milk packs and paper cups is believed to have the effect of not cutting 20 trees, 14cm in diameter and 18m in height.

A pulp that dissolves after being immersed in recycled products including milk packs and paper cups; A first valve provided in a stock line connected to the pulper for discharging the polluted water in the pulper to the outside; A tank connected to the pulp through a pipe and supplying the pulp to the pulp; A second valve disposed between the puller and the tank; A screw press connected to the stock line and dewatering and concentrating the recycled product solution in the pulp; A third valve provided between the puller and the screw press; A fourth valve provided at one side of the pulper to discharge polyethylene from the pulper to the outside; And a chest for removing dehydrated and concentrated fibers from the screw press to remove residual chlorine,
The method of manufacturing a pulp for toilet paper using a recycled product by using a pulp manufacturing system using a recycled product which is temporarily stored in the tank and re-supplied to the pulp,
(a) adding a recycled product including a milk pack and a paper cup to a pulp and immersing it in a sodium hydroxide solution at a concentration of 0.01 to 0.05% for 20 to 40 minutes; (b) when the immersion time has elapsed, the pulper is operated for 1 minute to 3 minutes, then the first valve is opened, the third valve is closed, and only the polluted water is released to the outside; (c) opening the second valve to the pulp to feed the white water, adjusting the concentration to 5 to 6%, then introducing the dissociation promoting material and sodium hypochlorite, and operating the pulper to dissociate; (d) When the polyethylene and the fibers are completely separated from each other in the pulper, the fourth valve is opened to discharge the polyethylene to the outside of the pulper, and the third valve is opened to transfer the fibers to the screw press, And concentrating; (e) moving the dehydrated fibers from the screw press to a chest and injecting sodium bisulfite to remove residual chlorine; And (f) a desalination process step after the desalting process of step (e)
Wherein the desorbing liquid discharged from the screw press in the step (d) is temporarily stored in the tank and then reused in the step (c).
