Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a system for treating sewage or wastewater, and more particularly, omits the external carbon source supplied to the anaerobic tank by mixing the contaminated water supplied from the flow regulating tank with the contaminated water containing autotrophic microorganisms and supplying it to the anaerobic tank. The present invention relates to a sewage and wastewater treatment system capable of completely treating organic matter and nitrogen contained in contaminated water.
As shown in Fig. 1, a general sewage and wastewater treatment system is composed of a flow adjusting tank 1, an anaerobic tank 3, an anaerobic tank 4, and a membrane
In general sewage and wastewater treatment systems, contaminated water is purified through a flow control tank, an anaerobic tank, an anaerobic tank, and a membrane separation tank.
That is, the flow rate adjustment tank is a place to control the input amount of the contaminated water into the anoxic tank, the anoxic tank is a place to denitrify the contaminated water. And anaerobic tank is a place to remove phosphorus contained in contaminated water, membrane separation tank is a place to clean contaminated water by inputting microorganisms.
By the way, in order to remove nitrogen from the contaminated water in the anoxic tank, nitrogen is removed by a biological method, an external carbon source is necessary because of the low C / N (carbon / nitrogen) ratio.
In addition, the contaminated water already filled in the anoxic tank and the contaminated water supplied from the flow adjusting tank meet and are agitated, and there is a difficulty in removing nitrogen because the agitation is not performed properly. That is, if the contaminated water is supplied from the flow rate adjustment tank in a state where a certain amount of contaminated water is filled in the anoxic tank, the contaminated water is supplied to the upper portion of the anoxic tank and the contaminated water is not stirred properly. In particular, since the microorganisms that remove nitrogen mainly work in the lower part of the anaerobic tank, the problem of nitrogen removal of the contaminated water supplied from the upper part does not occur properly.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the prior art, by mixing the contaminated water active in the autotrophic microorganisms treated in the membrane separation tank with the contaminated water supplied from the flow control tank and supplying it to the anoxic tank, The purpose is to provide a sewage and wastewater treatment system that can maximize the treatment efficiency of organic matter and nitrogen contained in the contaminated water in the anoxic tank by omitting the external carbon source supplied to the anoxic tank.
In addition, by supplying the mixed contaminated water to the lower part of the anoxic tank, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a sewage and wastewater treatment system that can completely process the organic matter and nitrogen of the contaminated water supplied by mixing microorganisms mainly active in the lower part of the anoxic tank. have.
In order to achieve the above object,

According to the present invention, by mixing the contaminated water from the activity of the autotrophic microorganism and the contaminated water supplied from the flow rate adjustment tank and supplying it to the anoxic tank, there is no need to supply a separate external carbon source to the anoxic tank, organic matter contained in the contaminated water and Nitrogen can be easily removed.
In particular, the mixed contaminated water is added to the lower part of the anoxic tank and stirred to completely treat organic substances and nitrogen contained in the contaminated water by microorganisms mainly active in the lower part of the anoxic tank and microorganisms contained in the contaminated water introduced to the lower part.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described a process in which contaminated water is treated through the sewage, wastewater treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The contaminated water contained in the flow
The contaminated water introduced into the mixing
The mixed contaminated water is supplied to the lower portion of the
At this time, the contaminated water sprayed from the
On the other hand, when the mixed polluted water is injected through the
Therefore, the removal efficiency of organic matter and nitrogen is maximized by the microorganisms distributed throughout the
In general, the oxygen-
However, in the present invention, since the contaminated water containing the active microorganisms in the
In the
In the
In the membrane separation tank, contaminated water from which organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus have been removed is introduced, and autotrophic microorganisms are added to the contaminated water to purify the contaminated water.
When the contaminated water is purified by microorganisms, a part of the contaminated water is discharged to the outside by filtering foreign substances and bacteria through the
The contaminated water remaining after being filtered through the
As described above, most of the microorganisms that remove nitrogen are active at the bottom of the
