Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning retentive material that prevents the washing water from leaking to the outside during the washing operation of the ceiling-filled air conditioner.
Air conditioner is an equipment that controls the temperature of the room by using the endothermic phenomenon through the phase change of the liquid refrigerant into the gas state.
When using an air conditioner, foreign matter or dust in the air accumulates between a plurality of fins provided in a path through which indoor air flows in and moves, and the material may sink and adhere to a drain pan.
This causes a decrease in the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger, and since it may adversely affect hygiene due to the growth of microorganisms, it is necessary to periodically clean the fins and the drain pan.
However, in contrast to the stand-type air conditioner, the ceiling-embedded air conditioner is somewhat difficult to clean. In general, after removing the front panel, the work is performed by masking and spraying the washing water so that the washing water does not leak.
Cleaning is usually done sequentially for tens or hundreds of air conditioners in a building, which requires considerable time loss in the process because the front panel must be removed and masked each time.
In addition, waste water spills to the bottom frequently.
In order to solve this problem, a nursing material has been developed to prevent the washing water from leaking when cleaning the ceiling air conditioner.
Nevertheless, the ready-made products are used to spread a moderately large size under the air conditioner, which does not exactly correspond to the size or size of the air conditioner, and it is difficult to prevent the washing water from splashing to the outside.
In addition, in the case of a four-way air conditioner, the washing water must be sprayed to the center portion of the bottom of the air conditioner, even if blocked by the replenishment material or to make a hole in the rehabilitation material for work, it was difficult to change the direction.
The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above,
An object of the present invention is to provide a recuperative material that can be used universally for ceiling-filled air conditioners of various sizes and specifications.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a rehabilitation material of the structure that can be closely adhered to the ceiling-filled air conditioner can easily recover the waste water.
Another object of the present invention can be easily installed without lowering the front panel, the work environment is ensured that can spray the washing water in various directions without reinstalling the relics until the cleaning process is finished once construction It is in the provision of recuperation.
Various embodiments described below relate to a ceiling buried air conditioner cleaning aid.
Air conditioning cleaning supplement according to an embodiment of the present invention is a 4-way air conditioning cleaning supplement,
A plurality of main pipe structures having a pipe shape; And
A plurality of auxiliary pipe structures having a pipe shape;
The plurality of main pipe structures are arranged back and forth with each other to form a polygon as a whole, connected by an internal elastic connecting line connected along the inner space of each of the plurality of main pipe structures,
The plurality of auxiliary pipe structures are arranged back and forth with each other to form a polygon as a whole, and are connected by internal elastic connecting lines connected along the inner space of each of the plurality of auxiliary pipe structures.
In this case, the sum of the lengths of the plurality of auxiliary pipe structures is smaller than the sum of the lengths of the plurality of main pipe structures, and the plurality of auxiliary pipe structures are disposed inside a polygon of the plurality of main pipe structures.
A soft film is provided in a space between the plurality of main pipe structures and the plurality of auxiliary pipe structures.
At least two or more of the plurality of main pipe structure is provided with a detachable portion for detachable to a predetermined portion of the air conditioner,
One side of the soft membrane is punctured, and the wastewater recovery hose is connected to the perforated portion.
On the other hand, air conditioning cleaning supplement according to another embodiment of the present invention is a one-way or two-way air conditioning cleaning material,
A plurality of main pipe structures having a pipe shape; And
A plurality of auxiliary pipe structures having a pipe shape;
Each auxiliary pipe structure has at least one end with an extension extending a predetermined length with a reduced diameter, the extension being inserted into the corresponding main pipe structure.
At this time, each of the main pipe structure has at least one end opening so that the extension is inserted, and each of the main pipe structure is provided with an extension fixing member for fixing the inserted extension in a predetermined position,
At least a pair of main pipe structure or auxiliary pipe structure has a shape bent at a predetermined angle,
The plural main pipe structures and the plural auxiliary pipe structures are arranged back and forth with each other, and are fixed by the extension fixing member in a state where each extension is inserted into the opened portion of the corresponding main pipe structure, thereby forming a polygon as a whole. And a soft membrane is provided in the space therebetween,
At least two or more of the plurality of main pipe structures or the plurality of auxiliary pipe structures are provided with a detachable portion for attaching and detaching to a predetermined portion of the air conditioner,
One side of the soft membrane is punctured, and the wastewater recovery hose is connected to the perforated portion.
According to this invention,
It can be freely stretched in size, so that it can be used universally in ceiling-mounted air conditioners of various sizes or specifications.
In addition, it is closely adhered to the ceiling-filled air conditioner, and since the wastewater is recovered through a separate recovery hose, the wastewater is prevented from pouring down or splashing out of a large amount of washing water during the operation.
In particular, it can be easily installed without lowering the front panel, and the worker can spray the washing water in various directions by putting his hand into the center of the air conditioner without having to re-install the nursing material until the cleaning process is completed. This is greatly improved.
Therefore, there is an effect that can greatly shorten the time required for the construction and cleaning process of the rehabilitation material.
