상기 로커 패널의 가이드 홈(120)에 일정 간격을 두고 마주하는 판체(210)가 형성되도록 하되, 상기 판체(210)는 일면에 수납홈(220)이 형성되며, 상기 수납홈(220)의 면상에는 잠금홈(230)과 열림홈(240)이 형성되고, 상기 열림홈(240)은 일측에 해제홈(250)이 형성되어 잠금해제버튼(300)의 외주면 또는 해제돌기가 전후방향으로 관통되면서 결속 해제를 조장하도록 하는 가이드 패널(200)과;
