Fig. 11 is a sectional view of a conventional pipe heater, and Fig. 12 is an exploded perspective view showing a heat generating portion, an external insulating layer portion, and an internal insulating layer portion of a conventional pipe heater.

Conventional pipe heaters, as shown in these figures, the wrap section 110 having a tubular wrap body 111, the heating wire 120 provided on the inner surface of the wrap body 111, and the heating line An outer insulating layer portion 133 disposed between the 120 and the wrapping body portion 111 and an inner insulating layer portion 132 disposed inside the heating line 120 are provided.

In addition to the covering body portion 111, the covering portion 110 includes a covering restraining portion (not shown) for restraining the covering body portion 111 so as to maintain the separating surface contacting state where the separating surface 111a, which will be described later, ).

The covering body 111 is formed by cutting a pair of separation surfaces 111a along the thickness direction over the entire length.

The envelope body portion 111 having such a configuration is manufactured by a method such as compression molding, injection molding, and the like using a heat insulating material such as a silicone rubber foam or the like and an insulating material.

(Not shown) is provided with a band (not shown) provided on the outer surface of the envelope body 111 and a male and female button (not shown) provided separately in a band (not shown) and the envelope body 111 ) Or the like.

The heating wire 120 is formed in the form of a bare wire without covering.

The outer insulating layer 133 is formed in the form of a film using an insulating material such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

The outer insulating layer 133 having such a configuration is bonded to the inner surface of the envelope body 111.

The inner insulating layer 132 is formed in a film form using an insulating material such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

The inner insulating layer portion 132 having such a configuration is bonded to the inner surface of the outer insulating layer portion 133.

A method of using a conventional piping heater having such a configuration will be described as follows.

First, the pair of separating surfaces 111a are pulled along the direction in which they are separated from each other, and then the pipe 201 is forcedly inserted into the internal space of the envelope body portion 111. [

Next, the seal restraining portion (not shown) is operated so that the pair of separating surfaces 111a come into contact with each other.

Next, when the power line (not shown) is connected to the power source, the heating line 120 generates heat.

Heat radiated from the heating line 120 is transferred to the pipe 201 through the internal insulation layer part 132.

However, according to the conventional pipe heater, since the heating wire 120 is sandwiched between the external insulating layer 133 and the internal insulating layer 132, it is difficult to install the heating wire 120 in the wrap body 111, There was a problem in that the state could not be stably maintained (there is no means for maintaining the shape of the heating wire during the installation of the heating wire, so it is difficult to maintain the shape of the heating wire and the heating wire may move between the outer insulation layer portion and the inner insulation layer portion during or after installation). has exist).

Since the outer insulation layer portion 133 is bonded to the inner surface of the wrap body portion 111 and the inner insulation layer portion 132 is bonded to the inner surface of the outer insulation layer portion 133, the manufacturing process is complicated. There was a problem.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a pipe heater and a method for manufacturing the heating wire which can be easily installed in the wrap body, which can stably maintain the initial installation state of the heating wire, and whose manufacturing process is simple.
