Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a training defibrillation system, and more particularly, to a training defibrillation system consisting of a training defibrillator and a mannequin, so that an electric shock pad of the defibrillator must be attached to the correct position of the mannequin so that the training process proceeds normally. .
The human heart has a command system that operates the myocardium in a certain order in order to release blood effectively. In other words, the heart supplies blood to the arteries by repeating contraction and expansion in a certain order. If the heart does not move in a certain order, the heart cannot efficiently supply blood to the arteries.
If the heart does not move in a certain order is called ventricular fibrillation (Ventricular Fibrillation), ventricular fibrillation is a case where the ventricular muscles move disorderly.
If ventricular fibrillation continues for a certain period of time, the patient may suffer irreparable fatal injury or even death.
The heart beats faster than normal, also called ventricular tachycardia. In the case of ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, a defibrillator is used to apply a predetermined electric shock to the patient. When the electric shock is applied to the patient, the heart of the patient operates normally.
Recently, automatic defibrillators have been installed in public places such as stations, airports, public offices, and parks, and when the heart attack occurs, people in the vicinity can quickly use the patient to save valuable lives. The range is gradually expanding.
However, many people do not know how to use a defibrillator, and even if they have learned how to use it, they may be embarrassed in an emergency and cannot use it correctly. In order to learn how to use these AEDs, they need to find an emergency relief agency or go to a separate educational institution. However, there is a limit to encouraging ordinary people to voluntarily find and learn how to use the AEDs.
The present invention for solving the above problems can develop a training system consisting of a practice defibrillator and a mannequin so that the general public can easily learn how to use the automatic defibrillator in school or company can be trained for the occurrence of heart attack patients from time to time To provide a training defibrillation system that

In addition, according to the present invention, if the magnets of different polarities are installed at the pads of the shock absorber and the mannequin of the practice defibrillator so that the pads do not stick to the mannequins, the pads do not stick to the mannequins so that they cannot proceed to the use of the defibrillator. It is an object of the present invention to provide a training defibrillation system.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a training defibrillation system to configure the current circuit to connect the mounting position of the both sides in the mannequin so that the training defibrillator detects the flow of current to determine whether the electrode pad is in close contact with the mannequin. It aims to do it.

Hereinafter, a "training defibrillation system" (hereinafter, referred to as a "training system") according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a training system according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a defibrillator for training.
The defibrillator for
In fact, the automatic defibrillator checks the heartbeat of the emergency patient while it is attached to the fallen emergency patient's body in a public place, and when the ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia occurs, electric shock is applied to make the heartbeat normal. . To this end, a sensor and a measuring device for checking a patient's heart rate, body temperature, electrocardiogram, etc. are provided, and a communication module for communicating with an external emergency relief agency is also provided. Speakers and microphones are installed that allow remote aids to inform users on site by voice.
However, the
The
In addition, a
The
The two
The two
The two
The
An empty space is formed inside the
In addition, two
When using a real defibrillator, the most appropriate place to attach the pads is in the right collarbone of the upper body and in the left chest area. In the
The two
A magnet is installed under the skin where the
Preferably, the pad 1 113 and the attachment region 1 122 are formed in opposite directions, and the pad 2 114 and the attachment region 2 123 are formed in opposite directions. Accordingly, the pad 1 113 may be attached to the attachment region 1 122, and the pad 2 114 may be attached to the attachment region 2 123.
3 is a cross-sectional view showing the polar state of the pad and the mannequin attached to the correct position, Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the polar state of the pad and the mannequin attached to the wrong position.
When the attaching surface (bottom surface) of the pad 1 113 is brought into close contact with the attaching region 1 122, the
If the pad 1 113 is brought into close contact with the attaching region 1 122 instead of the attaching surface (bottom), the repulsive force is generated while the poles of the magnets are the same. Therefore, the practitioner can determine whether he or she is using the pad attachment surface correctly.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, when the attachment surface of the pad 2 114 is placed downward and closely attached to the attachment area 1 122, the
Although not shown in the drawing, since the attachment region 2 123 has an N pole at the top and the S pole at the bottom thereof, the pad 2 114 will be normally attached to the attachment region 2 123.
In the present invention, it has been described that the magnets are built in both the
For example, magnets are installed in the attaching region 1 122 and the attaching region 2 123 of the
On the other hand, inside the

(S102)In order to train the defibrillator using the

The practitioner assumes that a heart attack patient has occurred, and attaches two
The
(S110)If the positions of the
(S112)When the practitioner changes the positions of the
If there are no magnets in the
During the use of an actual defibrillator, the body of the first aider should not touch the patient's body while the electric shock is being carried out. In order to practice this, the
(S114)After the simulated electric shock is completed, the
This process trains the use of defibrillators.
In the present invention, the
In the case of the simulated electric shock and CPR performed after the
