The present invention relates to a dry suede manufacturing method, and to a dry suede manufacturing method that does not require a coagulation process and a washing process using an eco-friendly resin free of DMF.

Suede synthetic leather is mainly impregnated with polyurethane resin mixed with DMF (dimethylformamide) or organic solvent on the brushed polyester fabric, and then compressed with mangle, which is solidified in DMF 20 to 30% concentration water and washed again with clean water. In addition, it is manufactured through an additional process such as a buffing process for printing the surface so that the appearance is similar to natural suede leather.
