콘크리트 구조물에 대향되는 창틀에 고정되는 고정브라켓;
상기 콘크리트 구조물에 삽입되는 한편 그 일단부로 쐐기가 삽입됨에 따라 일단부가 확개되면서 콘크리트 구조물에 고정되고, 타단부에는 외향 돌출된 플랜지부가 형성되는 스트롱앵커; 및
상기 스트롱앵커에 출입가능하게 삽입되는 축부와, 상기 축부의 일단부에 외향 돌출되는 고정부를 갖는 고정샤프트;를 포함하여,
상기 고정샤프트를 창틀의 높이만큼 스트롱앵커로부터 출입시켜 조절한 후, 고정샤프트의 축부와 고정부를 스트롱앵커의 플랜지부와 창틀의 고정브라켓에 용접 고정하는 창틀 고정장치.
