Description

Date display lid for medicine bottle {Display days medicine bottle}

The present invention relates to a pill bottle date display lid, and more particularly, to a pill bottle date display lid is automatically changed every time the cap is opened to take out the medicine.

Due to the industrial development of modern society, various types of diseases are caused by various pollution and work stress, so the patient population that needs to take various drugs for a long time is continuously increasing, and as the aging progresses, The elderly population is increasing rapidly. In the case of long-term treatment or patients with various diseases, it is necessary to take medicine every day.

However, if you live in a busy life, you do not think about taking the medicine, and some days do not take the drug, or the drug was frequently taken in duplicate. This phenomenon occurs especially frequently in elderly patients, and thus the efficacy of the medicine is not obtained for 10 minutes, and thus, proper treatment is not provided.

As a result, patients often check their daily medications on a calendar or scheduler, and compare and write down the dates to take in the dispensed medicine bags, but they are also kept well when busy work or memory loss occurs. There was a problem.

In order to solve this problem, the applicant has applied for a date display vial that automatically changes the date every time the lid is opened and closed (Patent Registration 10-1148656)

By the way, the pill bottle, because the display window is formed on the upper part of the display, the date of the display window can be confirmed only by looking at the top of the pill bottle at a close distance. Therefore, the bottle had to be placed close to confirm the date, and the bottle had to be heard one by one.

In addition, since the display window is fan-shaped, the date displayed through the display window is inevitably small, so it is difficult to check the date in the case of a poor vision person. In particular, patients taking long-term medications are often older patients, but it was difficult to check the date because older patients had poor eyesight.

And it is impossible to injection molding the elastic protrusions for moving the rotating display panel integrally with the outer lid, so the elastic protrusions are separately manufactured and attached to the outer lid. As a result, assembly is poor and mass production was not performed.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3A, the second catching part 50 is implemented as a circumferential groove formed at a predetermined angle along the circumferential direction on the inner circumferential surface of the inlet side of the outer cap 10. Since the second catching portion 50 has a circumferential groove shape, a space in which the first catching portion 40 having a protrusion shape is limited between the front end 50a and the rear end 50b of the second catching portion 50 is moved. to provide.

When the outer cap 10 is rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction by the first catching portion 40 hooked between the front end 50a and the rear end 50b of the second catching portion 50, the inner side The rotational movement angle of the outer cap 10 relative to the cap 20 is limited.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3A, the first latch stage 60 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the fitting tube part 12 of the outer cap 10. The first latch stage 60 has a structure in which the inclined surface is formed in one direction, and more specifically, is implemented in the shape of a wing formed obliquely in the direction of the central axis on the inner circumferential surface of the fitting tube 12.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 5A, and 5B, the second latch stage 70 is selectively hooked on the first latch stage 60, and the first latch stage 60 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the fitting protrusion 32. It is formed to have an inclined surface in the same direction as). Therefore, the first latch stage 60 passes over the second latch stage 70 in accordance with the rotational direction of the outer cap 10, or is hooked on the second latch stage 70 to move the second latch stage 70. Will move. The second latch stage 70 has the same number as the number of dates, and since seven dates are formed, seven are formed.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5C, the third latch stage 80 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the date display unit 31. The third latch stage 80 has a structure in which an inclined surface in a direction opposite to the second latch stage 70 is formed as shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, and more specifically, as shown in FIG. 5C. 31 is implemented in the form of a wing formed obliquely in the direction of the central axis on the inner peripheral surface.

The first catching portion 40 and the second catching portion 50 are coupled as shown in FIG. 7, and the first catching portion is caught between the front end 50a and the rear end 50b of the second catching portion 50. By the portion 40, the rotational movement angle is limited to the outer cap 10 relative to the inner cap 20 when the outer cap 10 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.

The first latch stage 60 and the second latch stage 70 are coupled as shown in FIG. 8, and rotate the date display cap 30 according to the rotational direction of the outer cap 10. In the present embodiment, when the outer cap 10 is rotated counterclockwise, the second latch stage 70 passes over the first latch stage 60, and when the outer cap 10 is rotated clockwise, The two latch stages 70 rotate the date display cap 30.

The third latch stage 80 and the fourth latch stage 90 are coupled as shown in FIG. 9, and the third latch stage 80 and the fourth latch stage 90 are coupled to each other according to the rotational direction of the date display unit 31 of the date display cap 30. 2 Rotate the inner portion 22.

Next, the operation of the date display cap for medicine bottles as described above.

As shown in Figure 4, by fitting the date display cap 30 to the inside of the outer cap 10, the assembly is completed by inserting the inner cap 20 to the date display cap 30. When the date display cap is coupled to the bottle body (B), the inner side protrusion 100 maintains the state latched on the latch protrusion (B2).

When the user rotates the outer cap 10 in the counterclockwise or counterclockwise direction to take out the medicine stored in the vial, the first catching portion 40 hooked to the second catching portion 50 is the second catching portion 50 The front end (50a) or the rear end (50b) of the selectively selectively rotates with the outer cap 10 to open or close the inlet (B1) of the bottle body (B).

At this time, whenever the outer cap 10 is rotated counterclockwise or clockwise, the first latch stage 60 passes over or rotates the second latch stage 70, and the first and second latch stages 60 are rotated. The third latch stage 80 having an inclined surface opposite to 70 rotates over or rotates the fourth latch stage 90 to rotate the date display cap 30 by date. Accordingly, the date displayed on the display window 11 is automatically changed. That is, when the user opens and closes the medicine bottle date display lid of the present application, the date displayed on the display window 11 is automatically changed.

As such, according to the present invention, when the patient opens and closes the date display lid to take the medicine, the date automatically changed through the display window 11 is displayed. Therefore, the user (patient) can know exactly whether the medicine was taken on a specific date without checking the medication on the calendar or scheduler directly, and accordingly, the medicine can be taken accurately at a predetermined time, thereby obtaining sufficient efficacy of the medicine. Can and appropriate treatment is possible.

In addition, since the display window 11 is located on the side of the outer cap 10, the date can be checked at a relatively long distance from the state where the medicine bottle is erected, so that the medicine can be easily checked. Particularly, people who take the medicine or patients who are uncomfortable with movement can move to the place where the medicine bottle is located, and without having to check the bottle every day, it is possible to check whether or not the medicine is placed.

In addition, the display window 11 is located on the side of the outer cap 11, it is possible to secure a wider space of the display window (11). Therefore, it is easier to check the date of the elderly with poor eyesight, and the font size is larger, so that the date can be checked at a relatively long distance. In particular, the display window 11 is located on the side of the outer cap 11 so that the shape of the display window 11 can also be selected relatively freely.

In addition, the date display unit 31 for displaying the date on the display window 11 is cylindrical, so that there is a large display space. Therefore, the date display 31 can display up to 14 characters (for each day of the morning and dinner) or 21 characters (for each day of the morning, lunch and dinner) so that the medicine is taken only once a day. It is possible to make a date cap not only for people but also for those who take 2-3 times a day. That is, it is possible to manufacture a customized date display lid for consumers with a variety of medicine patterns.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment shown in the drawings, this is merely exemplary, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments are possible.
