상기 개폐구(26)를 통해 상기 각 하우징(20,21) 내에 착탈 가능하도록 된 콘형상으로 이루어지되, 내부측에 상기 마개(40,41)의 체결공(42,43)을 통해 상기 모터축(13)에 축결되는 체결홈(35) 또는 돌기(36)가 형성된 연결축(34)이 연장 형성된 제1 및 제2 커터컵(30,31)을 포함하여 이루어지며;
