상기 부직포(20)가 외부로부터 밀폐되도록 하기 위해 부직포(20) 외측으로 고무패드(30)가 감싸지도록 하는 밀폐처리과정;
상기 고무패드(30)의 패드양단부(31) 및 상기 패드양단부(31) 사이로 통과되는 모발(h)이 상호 밀착되게 하기 위해 패드양단부(31)를 외측에서 클램프(40)에 의해 가압되도록 하는 밀봉처리과정과;
상기 고무패드(30) 외부를 전기히터(52)가 선택적으로 내장된 퍼머집게(50)의 한쌍의 집게부(51)가 밀착되게 하는 가압과정에 의해 이루어지게 하고;
