상기 실사 확인부의 판단결과 관리자가 입력한 사용자별 실물자산 소유정보와 사용자가 입력한 그 사용자의 실물자산 소유정보가 일치하지 않은 경우, 관리자 단말기에 해당 사용자의 소유 실물자산에 대하여 재조사하라는 권고창이 출력되도록 처리하는 실물자산 재확인부; 및
상기 실물자산 재확인부에 의해 재확인된 사용자의 실물자산 소유정보가 상기 현황정보 데이터베이스 및 실물자산 정보 데이터베이스에 반영되도록 처리하는 실물자산 확정부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소프트웨어 및 실물자산 관리시스템.
