또 본 발명은 센터보드 하부에 장착하되 밸러스트 상부에 삽입홈을 형성하여 센터보드를 삽입하고 이를 측면으로 부터 체결수단에 의해 체결함으로써 견고하고 안정적인 결합을 가능하게 하는 효과를 갖는다.
