Description

Joint Member For Insulating Panel and Joint Method thereof}Joint member for insulating panel and joint method

The present invention relates to a heat insulating panel coupling member and a heat insulating panel coupling method, and more particularly, to ensure the durability when fixing the heat insulating panel to the outer wall as well as the heat insulating panel coupling member and the heat insulation panel that can prevent thermal bridge phenomenon. It relates to a coupling method.

The largest portion of the energy consumption of buildings is heat loss through the exterior walls of buildings. Therefore, in order to save energy in buildings, proper design and construction of building materials, insulation materials and exterior materials are required.

In general, insulation materials such as styrofoam, urethane foam, glass wool, rock wool, and polyester foam are mainly used in buildings. Such insulation is generally attached to the outer wall of the building to block heat transferred through the outer wall by conduction and convection. In fact, the use of such insulation can prevent significant heat losses.

On the other hand, such a heat insulator is generally used in the form of a heat insulation panel made of a plate having a predetermined size. When the insulation panel is attached to the outer wall, in general, after the adhesive is sprayed on the insulation panel or the outer wall, the insulation panel is attached to the outer wall.

However, when the insulation panel is attached to the outer wall using only the adhesive as described above, if water penetrates into the outer wall and flows into the part with the adhesive, the adhesive force by the adhesive is lowered and the insulation panel falls off the outer wall, which may cause durability problems. There is a problem of reducing the thermal insulation effect by the panel.

Meanwhile, another method of fixing the heat insulation panel to the outer wall is to allow the bolt to penetrate the heat insulation panel and to be fastened to the outer wall. However, since the bolt has a property of transferring heat well because the material is a metal, the bolt may play a role of a thermal bridge, thereby reducing the thermal insulation effect due to the insulation panel.

Therefore, in order to secure the durability of the insulation panel and to prevent the reduction of the insulation effect by the insulation panel, there is a need to improve the structure that couples the insulation panel to the outer wall.

The present invention is to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a thermal insulation panel joining member and a thermal insulation panel joining method that can be coupled to the thermal insulation panel to the outer wall and at the same time prevent thermal bridges. .

Insulating panel coupling member according to the present invention for achieving the above object is a support portion which is supported on the outer wall, a protrusion formed with an insertion hole protruding to a predetermined height from the support portion and the fastening member is inserted therein, and on the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion It is provided with at least one locking projection to easily be inserted into the insulating panel, but not to be separated from the insulating panel after the protrusion is inserted into the insulating panel.

At this time, the engaging projection is formed to have a sharp edge, the inclined surface formed in the direction in which the protrusion is inserted into the insulation panel, and the engaging surface formed in the direction in which the projection is removed from the insulation panel.

Meanwhile, the height of the locking protrusion closest to the support part of the plurality of locking protrusions may be higher than that of other locking protrusions.

The support portion may be formed to be thinner from the center portion toward the edge.

The height of the protrusion may be formed to 0.3 to 0.7 of the thickness of the insulation panel.

The insulating panel coupling member may be formed of reinforced plastic.

The insertion hole may be provided with a catching portion for catching the end of the fastening member, and the catching portion may be formed with a screw groove to fasten the end of the fastening member.

Insulating panel joining method according to the present invention for achieving the above object is the step of displaying a position to fasten the insulating panel joining member on the outer wall, the step of bringing the insulating panel joining member in close contact with the outer wall, and as a fastening member Fixing the insulating panel coupling member to the outer wall; And contacting the heat insulation panel to the outer wall so that the heat insulation panel coupling member is inserted into the heat insulation panel.

In this case, the fixing member may further include temporarily fixing the insulation panel coupling member to the outer wall with a bond before fixing the insulation panel coupling member to the outer wall.

The method may further include bonding an exterior material to the insulation panel in advance before the insulation panel is in close contact with the outer wall.

According to the insulation panel joining member and the insulation panel joining method according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the insulation panel can be firmly fixed using the insulation panel joining member, the insulation panel can be prevented from being separated from the outer wall. Reliability can be secured when

In addition, even if the insulation panel coupling member does not completely penetrate the insulation panel, the insulation panel can be fixed to the outer wall, thereby preventing thermal bridges generated by the insulation panel coupling member.

1 is a perspective view of an insulating panel coupling member according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the insulating panel coupling member shown in Figure 1, Figure 3 is a thermal insulation panel fixed to the outer wall by the insulating panel coupling member. It is a cross-sectional view showing the appearance.

1 to 3, the insulating panel coupling member 100 according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention has a support 110 supported on the outer wall 10 and protrudes from the support 110 at a predetermined height. A protrusion 120 having an insertion hole 121 into which the fastening member 30 is inserted therein is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the protrusion 120, and the protrusion 120 is easily inserted into the insulation panel 20. After being inserted into the heat insulation panel 20, the at least one locking protrusion 130 is provided so as not to be separated from the heat insulation panel 20.

The insulation panel coupling member 100 may be formed of a reinforced plastic having sufficient strength.

By being in close contact with the outer wall 10, the support 110 supporting the insulating panel coupling member 100 on the outer wall 10 has a disc shape, and may be thinner from the center portion toward the edge. This allows the fastening member 30 to receive a sufficient force at the center of the fastening member and at the same time the heat insulating panel coupling member 100 is fixed to the outer wall 10 and then the heat insulating panel coupling member 100 is connected to the heat insulating panel 20. This is to ensure that the insulation panel 20 is as close as possible to the outer wall when inserted.

Meanwhile, the height H of the protrusion 120 protruding from the support 110 to a predetermined height may be 0.3 to 0.7 of the thickness T of the insulation panel 20. For example, when the thickness T of the heat insulation panel 20 is 10 cm, the thickness T of the heat insulation panel 20 may be formed to about 5 cm.

The reason for the height H of the protruding portion 120 in this way is that if the height of the protruding portion H is too low, the coupling force is weak when the protruding portion 120 is inserted into the insulating panel 20, so that the insulating panel 20 has an outer wall ( 10) can be separated, if the height of the protrusion (H) is too high, the heat insulating panel coupling member 100 coupled to the outer wall 10 is close to the outer surface of the heat insulating panel 20 can act as a thermal bridge (Thermal Bridge). Because there is.

Meanwhile, the locking protrusion 130 formed on the protrusion 120 is formed to have a sharp edge. At this time, the locking projection 130 is inclined surface 131 formed in the direction in which the protrusion 120 is inserted into the insulating panel 20, and the locking surface 132 formed in the direction in which the protrusion 120 is removed from the thermal insulation panel 20. Equipped.

At this time, the height of the locking protrusion 130 closest to the support 110 among the plurality of locking protrusions 130 may be higher than that of the other locking protrusions 130. The reason is that after the protrusion 120 is inserted into the heat insulation panel 20, the locking protrusion 130 serves to prevent the heat insulation panel 20 from being separated, and the locking protrusion 130 closest to the support 110 is provided. Since the last inserted into the heat insulation panel 20 is to increase the bonding force with the heat insulation panel 20 without interfering with the insertion projection 130 is inserted into the heat insulation panel (20).

On the other hand, the insertion hole 121 formed in the protrusion 120 has a first space 121a into which the fastening portion 31 of the fastening member 30 is inserted, and has a diameter larger than that of the first space 121a. Two spaces 121b are provided. In addition, a locking portion 122 is formed at the boundary between the first space 121a and the second space 121b to hold the end 32 of the locking member 30, and the locking member 122 is disposed at the locking portion 122. Screw groove 123 may be formed so that the thread (33) formed at the end 32 of the) can be fastened. At this time, the locking portion 122 is formed at a position corresponding to the locking protrusion 130 closest to the support 110 among the plurality of locking protrusions 130. Therefore, when the thread 33 formed at the end 32 of the fastening member 30 is strongly coupled to the screw groove 123 formed at the engaging portion 122, the end of the fastening member 30 is formed of the insertion hole 121. While pushing toward the one space 121a, the locking protrusion 130 closest to the support 110 is pushed up in the radial direction of the protrusion 120.

Therefore, the height of the locking protrusion 130 closest to the support 110 may be higher than the height of the other locking protrusion 130, so that the thermal insulation panel 20 may be more firmly coupled to the thermal insulation panel coupling member 100.

Next, a method of coupling the heat insulation panel using the above-described heat insulation panel coupling member will be described.

Figure 4 is a flow chart illustrating a method of coupling the heat insulation panel using the above-described heat insulation panel coupling member.

As shown in FIG. 4, the insulating panel joining method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes displaying a position on the outer wall 10 to fasten the insulating panel joining member 100 (S110), and the insulating panel joining member. Step (S120) of closely contacting the outer wall (10) (S120), and fixing the heat insulating panel coupling member (100) to the outer wall (10) with a fastening member (30). The thermal insulation panel 20 is in close contact with the outer wall 10, so that the thermal insulation panel coupling member 100 is inserted into the thermal insulation panel 20 (S140).

The position to fasten the insulation panel coupling member 100 to the outer wall 10 can be displayed using a black line. Next, the insulating panel coupling member 100 is in close contact with the outer wall 10 at the position where the fastening is indicated. As such, when the insulating panel coupling member 100 is in close contact with the outer wall 10, the insulating panel coupling member 100 may be temporarily fixed to the outer wall by using a bond or the like. By temporarily fixing the insulating panel coupling member 100 to the outer wall 10 with a bond or the like, the fastening member 30 may facilitate the operation of fastening the insulating panel coupling member 100 to the outer wall 10 as well as the outer wall. The waterproofing effect can be enhanced at the joint surface to which the 10 and the insulating panel coupling member 100 are bonded.

Next, after the fastening member 30 is inserted into the insertion hole 121 formed in the heat insulating panel coupling member 100, the fastening member 30 is fastened to the outer wall 10 using an electric screwdriver or the like. When the fastening member 30 is fastened to the outer wall 10 as described above, the insulating panel coupling member 100 is firmly fixed to the outer wall 10.

As described above, when the insulating panel coupling member 100 is in close contact with the outer wall 10 while being firmly fixed to the outer wall 10, the insulating panel coupling member 100 is inserted into the insulating panel 20. Since the insulation panel 20 is not separated from the insulation panel coupling member 100 by the locking protrusion 130 provided on the insulation panel coupling member 100, the insulation panel 20 may be firmly coupled to the outer wall 10. It becomes possible. In addition, since the insulating panel coupling member 100 can be firmly coupled to the outer wall 10 without penetrating the insulating panel 20, the thermal bridge phenomenon by the insulating panel coupling member 100 can be prevented.

Meanwhile, the exterior member 40 may be bonded to the insulation panel 20 in advance before the insulation panel 20 is in close contact with the outer wall 10. As such, by bonding the exterior member 40 to the insulation panel 20 in advance, the construction period can be shorter than when the exterior member 20 is joined to the outer wall 10 and the exterior member 40 is joined to the insulation panel 20. Has an effect.
