일단부가 상기 고정플레이트의 일측을 관통하고, 상기 척추에 나사결합되어 상기 고정플레이트를 상기 척추에 고정하는 스크류부재; 및
상기 척추와 대응되는 상기 고정플레이트의 일면으로부터 돌출형성되어 척추뼈와 척추뼈 사이에 개재되는 케이지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지부가 일체로 형성된 척추 고정장치.
