상기 기둥부(1)의 하부에 수중모터(4)가 장착되어 있는 물유입관(5)을 형성하고 기둥부(1)의 상측 양측에 물발사부(6a)(6b)를 형성한 것이다.
상기 물유입관(5)과 물발사부(6a)(6b)간에 연결관(7)을 형성하되:
하나의 연결관(7)이 두 개의 연결관(7a)(7b)으로 분리되어 양측으로 물이 흐르게 되는 것이다.
두 개의 연결관(7a)(7b)의 일측에는 각각 개폐스위치(8a)(8b)가 상, 하측으로 장착되어 있으며 상기 개폐스위치(8a)(8b)의 사이에 개폐스위치 접촉부(9)가 형성되어 있어 상기 회동부(2)가 상, 하측으로 이동할 때마다 개폐스위치 접촉부(9)가 상, 하측으로 이동하면서 상기 개폐스위치(8a)(8b)에 접촉을 하게 되는 것이다.
상기 개폐스위치 접촉부(9)는 회동부(2)와 일체로 형성되어 있어 회동부(2)가 이동하는 방향으로 같이 움직이게 되는 것이다.
접촉되는 개폐스위치(8a)(8b)측의 물발사부(6a)(6b)에서 물이 방출되어 사용자의 몸이 물에 젖게 되는 것이다.
또한 상기 물유입관(5)에 수도꼭지를 직접 연결하여 물이 항상 주입될 수 있도록 하고 사용하지 않을 시에는 상기 수도꼭지를 막아 물을 흐름을 정지시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

이와 같이 시소놀이기구는 몸무게가 많이 나가면 하측으로 이동하고 몸무게가 적게 나가면 상측으로 이동하게 되는 것이다.
또한 중심부와 멀리 떨어지면 무게가 더 실어져 하측으로 이동하게 되는 것으로 물에 젖지 않기 위해서는 회동부(2)의 끝부분으로 최대한 이동하면서 시소놀이를 하게 되는 것이다.
회동부(2)가 하측으로 이동하게 되면 개폐스위치 접촉부(9)가 하측으로 이동하면서 하측에 있는 개폐스위치(8a)(8b)를 접촉하게 되면서 개폐스위치(8a)(8b)와 연결되어 있는 물발사부(6a)(6b)측에서 물이 방출하게 되는 것이다.
