중앙부에 보스부재가 돌출 형성되고, 일측에 이어폰의 줄을 인출입하도록 입출구가 형성되는 케이스(110); 중앙부에 이어폰 줄의 권취를 위한 래칫 휠이 형성되어 상기 케이스의 내부에서 회전하도록 상기 보스부재와 결합되며, 상기 이어폰의 잭 부위가 고정되는 권선부(120); 일단 및 타단이 상기 케이스 및 상기 권선부에 각각 고정되도록 상기 래칫 휠의 내부에 삽입되어 상기 권선부를 탄성 지지하는 스파이럴 스프링(130); 상기 래칫 휠이 일 방향으로만 회전하도록 상기 케이스에 구비되어 상기 래칫 휠의 톱니에 걸리며, 상기 래칫 휠의 회전구속을 선택적으로 해지하는 폴 부재(140); 및 상기 케이스와 결합되는 커버부재(150);를 포함하며,
