Description

Pneumatic vehicle tire}Pneumatic vehicle tire

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to tires for automobiles, and more particularly, to tires provided with stone ejectors for preventing crushing of grooves formed in the ground plane.

Various grooves are formed on the ground surface of the tire. In particular, in the case of a heavy vehicle tire traveling on a construction site, stones may get stuck into the grooves. The stones in the grooves penetrate into the grooves while driving and wear the grooves, stressing the belt located under the grooves, causing separation of the belt and tread.

Thus, in the related art, there has been provided a tire for installing a stone ejector in the groove so that stones stuck in the groove are easily discharged.

Patent No. 10-0592991 (Publication No. 10-2005-0049220) forms a projection-shaped stone ejector at the bottom of a groove and concave the upper surface of the projection-shaped stone ejector to form a recess to form a recess edge. The rubber elasticity of the to provide a tire to release the stone. However, in such a tire, the rubber elasticity of the concave edge fence attempts to release the stone, but the actual force of the fence is weak, and its effect is not sufficient, and the thin film fence easily comes off the protrusion by contact with the stone. There is this.

In Patent Publication No. 2004-0043976, a protrusion having two radii of curvature is formed on one side wall of the groove, and on the other side wall facing the groove, with respect to a point on the centerline of the groove, It provides a heavy-duty vehicle tire formed with a protrusion symmetrically with the protrusion of the one side wall. However, considering that the main purpose of the groove is drainage, the volume occupied by the stone ejector in the groove is too large for this invention. In other words, such a stone ejector has a drawback of weakening drainage performance. In addition, when a small diameter stone dug into the stone ejectors on both sides of the wall and reached the bottom of the groove, the stones in the groove were difficult to escape.

Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a stone ejector that can effectively remove the stone stuck in the groove, while the size is not large enough not to interfere with drainage.

Therefore, the present invention is to solve the above problems by applying a metal having a high coefficient of thermal expansion to the stone ejector.

According to the present invention, it is possible to secure driving stability of the vehicle by providing a stone ejector that can effectively remove the stones stuck in the grooves while the size is not large enough to prevent drainage.

Figure 2 is a perspective view of the main part of the stone ejector of the present invention.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to tires for automobiles, and more particularly, to tires provided with stone ejectors for preventing crushing of grooves formed in the ground plane. The present invention consists of a tread portion (1), a side wall portion (2) and a bead portion (3), and a block (4) and a groove (41) are formed in the tread portion (1), and the bottom of the groove (41) In which the stone ejector 5 is installed, the stone ejector 5 includes a rubber shell 51, a thermally expandable metal core 52 inserted into the rubber shell 51, and the thermally expandable metal core 52. Side expansion preventing portion (53) winding the outer surface of the) and the support portion 54 is provided on the bottom of the thermally expanded metal core (52).

When the vehicle runs, the tires generate heat. The present invention thermally expands the thermally expanded metal core 52 with heat generated from a tire to push the bite stone out of the tire. For this action, the thermally expanded metal core 52 should be guided to the longitudinal expansion in the longitudinal direction rather than the volume expansion to the side. Therefore, it is preferable to wind the side, as shown in Figure 2 made of a material such as steel having a small coefficient of thermal expansion. 2, the illustration of the rubber skin 51 is omitted. In addition, the support portion 54 having a wide cross-sectional area should be installed so that the thermally expanded metal core 52 does not get stuck in the tire. According to this configuration, the thermally expanded metal core 52 is induced to expand only in the outer longitudinal direction.
