Description

도장공정용 제진시트 및 이를 이용한 도장공정실의 제진방법{A dedust sheet for painting process and method of dedusting in painting room by using the same}A dedust sheet for painting process and method of dedusting in painting room by using the same}

The present invention relates to a dusting sheet (Dedusting sheet) useful for effectively removing the dust generated in the coating process, more specifically, excellent heat resistance can be used for a long time at a high temperature, separate installation on the wall or ceiling of the coating process room The present invention relates to a vibration damping sheet that can be installed without equipment and is eco-friendly by minimizing volatile siloxane that is harmful during use, and can be reused after removing dust attached to the vibration damping sheet by a roller or the like.

In addition, the present invention relates to a dust removal method of the coating process chamber to remove the dust in the painting process chamber by mounting the vibration damping sheet on the wall or ceiling of the painting process chamber.

In general, take a look at the production process of the car as an example, since the painting process of the car body requires a high degree of rust prevention and aesthetics, it has a complex process compared to the general painting, and the pretreatment, electrodeposition process and aesthetics mainly intended for rust prevention The intermediate process and the top coat which are aimed at are the basics.

In other words, the vehicle body painting process is to prevent corrosion of the vehicle body after the completion of the vehicle body, to improve the beauty by soundproof and beautiful appearance, dust attached to the painted surface of the vehicle body before entering the coating process Should be sufficiently removed.

As a conventional method of removing dust during the painting process, a method of blowing dust attached by spraying compressed air onto the painting surface of the vehicle body through the nozzle of the blower device before the vehicle body passes through the conveyor and enters the painting process is widely used. However, the conventional method has a problem that causes the coating failure because the dust blown by the compressed air stays in the air and repeats the process of reattaching to the vehicle body.

As another conventional technology, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2005-0051371 discloses methods of installing an adsorbent of wool bundle material in front of a blower device that blows compressed air in a coating process. -2008-0054727 discloses a method for mounting filter sheets, such as non-woven fabrics, on the ceiling of a painting process chamber using mounting mechanisms such as wire mesh and push chains.

However, in the case of using a ceiling filter such as a wool adsorbent or a nonwoven fabric as in the conventional method, it is possible to adsorb and remove the dust remaining in the air in the coating process chamber, but the heat resistance of the adsorbent or the ceiling filter is poor. There was a problem that can not be used for a long time at high temperature.

In addition, in the conventional method described above, in order to mount a ceiling filter such as wool absorber or nonwoven fabric on the front of the blower apparatus or the ceiling of the painting process chamber, a mounting mechanism such as wire mesh and pressing chain must be used separately. There was a problem of getting complicated.

In addition, in the case of the conventional method, there is a problem in that the replacement time is shortened because it is impossible to reuse the dust on the absorbent material or the ceiling filter.

In order to solve these problems, the present invention is excellent in heat resistance and can be used for a long time at high temperature, and can be mounted on the wall or ceiling of the coating process room without any additional installation equipment, and minimizes siloxane volatilization during use.
