Claims (6)

데크(10)에 고정되는 선박용 케이블 트레이에 있어서:
상기 데크(10) 상에 고정되고, 열가소성 또는 열경화성 수지제에서 선택되는 분체도장층(23)을 지니는 서포트(20);
상기 서포트(20) 상에 결합되고, 아연도금층(31)을 형성한 후에 열가소성 또는 열경화성 수지제에서 선택되는 분체도장층(33)을 지니는 트레이(30); 및
상기 서포트(20)와 트레이(30) 사이에 통전에 의한 접지 가능하게 개재되는 체결수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 서포트(20)는 마스킹을 생략한 상태로 분체도장층(23)을 형성하고,
상기 트레이(30)는 체결공(35)의 주변으로 마스킹하여 비도장 영역을 구비하고,
상기 체결수단(40)은 둥근헤드생크(42)를 지닌 볼트(41)와 플랜지(46)를 지닌 너트(45)를 사용하고,
상기 볼트(41)의 둥근헤드생크(42)는 적어도 부분적으로 접촉면 증대를 위한 요철을 포함하고,
상기 너트(45)의 플랜지(46)는 도장층을 침투하기 위한 톱니(47)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지구조를 지닌 선박용 케이블 트레이.

The round head shank 42 of the bolt 41 at least partially includes irregularities for increasing the contact surface,
Flange 46 of the nut 45 is a ship cable tray having a grounding structure, characterized in that it comprises a tooth 47 for penetrating the paint layer.
