포장물(40)을 수용 보호하도록 포장물의 상ㆍ하부와 각각 접촉되는 상면(12)과 하면(11)으로 구분되되 상,하면(12, 11)의 일단에 공기가 배출되도록 개방 형성되는 개구부(15)와 상,하면(12, 11)의 내측에 접합 결속되는 완충부(30)로 이루어지는 완충진공포장봉투(10)에 있어서,
상기 상면(12)은 외부에서 포장물(40)에 대한 육안 확인이 가능하도록 투과성 재질의 진공포장봉투투명부(20)로 형성되는 것을 포함하고,
상기 완충부(30)는 면섬유로 이루어져 하면(11) 내측에 결합되는 하면완충부(31);와, PE발포폼으로 이루어져 초음파융착에 의해 상면(12) 내측에 결합되는 상면완충부(32);로 구분 구성되되, 상면완충부(32)는 상면(12) 가로 폭의 5 내지 40 % 에 해당하는 상면완충부가로폭(55)과 상면(12) 세로 폭의 5 내지 40 % 에 해당하는 상면완충부세로폭(50)을 가지는 'ㅁ'자 형상의 창틀 구조로 형성되어 중심부에는 중공부가 형성됨으로써 상기 중공부의 상방에 위치하는 진공포장봉투투명부(20)를 통해 내부의 포장물(40) 상태를 확인함과 동시에 포장물(40)의 상방에 가해지는 충격을 상면완충부(32)를 통해 완화함으로써 포장물(40)의 손상을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충부를 구비하는 완충진공포장봉투.
