상기 베이스플레이트의 일측에는 제1 결속공 및 제2 결속공이 근접되도록 나란히 천공되고, 타측에는 제3 결속공이 천공되며,
스트랩의 일단부는 고리부를 형성하도록 휘어지면서 맞붙어져 칼라에 의해 고정되고, 타단부는 베이스플레이트 외면과의 사이에 손이 삽입되는 파지부를 형성하도록 상기 제1 결속공과 제2 결속공 및 제3 결속공으로 관통된 후 인접된 베이스플레이트의 단부 외면을 감으면서 고정클립에 의해 길이조절 가능하게 고정되며,
