Abstract

PURPOSE: A mass production method of real spin golf balls is provided to guarantee the straightness of a golf ball when putting the golf ball for developing putting accuracy, and to mass-produce the golf ball. CONSTITUTION: A mass production method of real spin golf balls comprises the steps of: installing a frame(3) on which multiple golf balls(4) are mounted to be level in a water tub(1); filling salt water in the tub until the golf balls are separated from the frame and floats; discharging the salt water from the water tube not shaking the golf ball when the floated golf balls are motionless for settling the golf balls on the frame; and marking a putting line passing through the center of the top of each golf ball.

또한, 대한민국 실용신안등록 제199671호(등록일자: 2000.8.3., 고안의 명칭: 골프공 회전중심 표시장치)는 내부공간이 형성된 몸체; 상기 몸체의 내부공간에 설치되며 그 상면에 골프공을 올려놓고 회전시키기 위한 회전판; 및 상기 회전판에 회전력을 제공하는 수단을 포함하되, 상기 회전력 제공수단은 몸체의 외주면에 설치된 스위치; 상기 스위치의 온-오프 개폐에 따라 전원을 인가하는 배터리; 및 상기 몸체의 내부에 설치되어 배터리의 전원을 인가받아 회전하며 상기 회전판에 회전력을 제공하기 위한 축이 구비된 모터를 포함하는 골프공 회전중심 표시장치가 제안되었다.
그러나 이러한 종래 기술의 골프공 회전중심 표시장치는 구성이 매우 복잡하고 특히 골프공의 회전중심을 하나씩 표시하는 구성으로 대량 생산이 불가능한 근본적인 문제점이 상존하고 있었다.
