Abstract
본 발명에 의한 신호처리 프로세서를 가지는 미소 진동 모니터링 시스템은 절연(Isolation) 회로를 적용하여 전기적인 영향으로 인한 발생 노이즈 및 절연을 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2a는 본 발명의 베이스 모듈에 포함되는 신호처리부.
도 2b는 본 발명 DSP소자의 모듈의 사진.
도 2c는 본 발명 ARM CORE 인터페이스 소자의 사진.
도 3은 아날로그회로에서 디지털 신호로 변환할 신호 레벨을 맞춰주는 레벨 컨버팅 회로도.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 아날로그 디지털 컨버터(Analog Digital Converter) 회로도.
도 5는 SPI(Serial Peripherals Interface) 통신 회로도.
도 6은 SD 카드 및 USB 드라이브의 회로도.

Claims (5)
- 미소 진동을 감지하는 센서모듈;
상기 센서모듈로부터 복수 채널의 아날로그 신호를 입력받아 신호를 증폭하며, 디지털 신호로 컨버팅하는 A/D 모듈;
상기 A/D 모듈에서 변환된 디지털 신호를 신호처리 소자인 DSP와 인터페이스 소자인 ARM CORE로 분리하여 처리하는 신호처리부;와
PC서버부와 데이터 송수신을 하는 통신부;를 포함하는 베이스 모듈;과
상기 베이스 모듈과 데이터를 송수신하는 PC서버부;를 포함하되,
상기 A/D모듈에 포함된 아날로그 디지털 컨버터(Analog Digital Converter)는 다이나믹 레인지가 넓은 델타 - 시그마 변조 방식인 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 A/D 모듈은 복수채널의 아날로그 신호를 입력받는 아날로그 신호 입력부;와
전기적인 노이즈의 발생원(發生源)인 상기 베이스 모듈에 있는 전원부를 분리하여 전기적인 노이즈를 방지하는 절연 증폭기(isolation amplifier)를 포함하는 노이즈 방지회로; 를 포함하며,
상기 아날로그 디지털 컨버터는 상기 아날로그 신호를 상기 베이스 모듈에서 처리할 수 있도록 디지털 신호로 변환하며
상기 통신부의 데이터 송수신은 UDP(User Datagram Protocol)을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는
미소 진동 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리부와 상기 A/D모듈에 형성된 신호입출력부는 SPI(Serial Peripherals Interface) 통신방식을 이용하여 전 이중(Full duplex)통신이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 진동 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통신부는 GPS 모듈을 포함하여 구성되며, 이더넷 통신, UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Trnasmitter) 통신, WIFI / USB (Universal Serial Bus) 통신 중 어느 하나의 통신 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 진동 모니터링 시스템.
