호퍼의 하부에 장착되어 곡물을 배출구로 배출할 수 있도록 형성하는 곡물유도함과 상기 배출구를 개폐하여 곡물의 양을 배출량을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 개폐판을 구비하고, 상기 배출구를 1차 개폐하며, 곡물을 소량 배출될 수 있도록 배출공을 구비하는 1차 개폐판과, 상기 배출구를 2차 개폐하며, 1차 개폐판의 저면에 장착되어 곡물의 배출량을 대량 조절할 수 있도록 하는 2차 개폐판을 구비하는 곡물포장용 호퍼 개폐장치에 있어서,
상기 1차 및 2차 개폐판은 제1 및 제2 솔레노이드에 의해 개폐되어지되, 상기 1차 개폐판과 2차 개폐판은 양측을 절곡하여 절곡편이 형성되게 하고,
상기 절곡편의 양측은 곡물유도함에 축 기능을 하는 핀에 의해 회전가능토록 결합하며,
상기 제 1솔레노이드와 제 2솔레노이드의 로드 일단은 각각의 절곡편 상단에 연결되도록 하여 1차 및 2차 개폐판이 핀 아래에서 핀을 중심으로 회전운동을 하도록 하되,
제 1솔레노이드와 제 2솔레노이드의 로드 끝단에는 탄성스프링을 각각 장착하여 솔레노이드가 자력을 상실하는 경우 탄성력에 의해 로드를 잡아 당기도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 곡물포장용 호퍼 개폐장치.
