Description
The present invention relates to a block assembly method, and more particularly to a block assembly method using a painting hold drawing.
In general, painting means spreading fluid on the surface of an object to make a thin layer to protect and color the surface of the object.
Because objects are eroded little by little by large or small external influences, they are intended for the purpose of protection, corrosion protection, oil resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, or surface material value alone. Since it is low, the coating is carried out for the purpose of beautification, smoothing, labeling, gloss, or for sterilization, conductivity control, reflection, and prevention of biofouling.
The main components of the paint consist of a painting agent (vehicle), which is a coating film forming component, and a pigment component. The coloring agent corresponds to a transparent paint. The coloring agent is a component that disperses pigments and the like and gives fluidity to the paint. It is a component which gives a color to a coating film.
This painting work is also applied to the ship, as an example, when the painting work is applied to the prior art ship, the construction of the ship is connected to each other blocks (seats), and finally the entire ship The structure is completed, and the painting work is performed in each assembly process in which the blocks are assembled by welding, etc., and when the painting is performed, the ship is dried by a method in which a new block is assembled on the existing block which has been painted again. .
On the other hand, if welding is performed on the painting when the new block is assembled, welding defects are generated due to the coating material. Therefore, when assembling the new block, the assembly of the block is removed by welding after removing the painting of the assembly position on the existing block. The work was done.
However, in the conventional block assembly method, since the painting work is performed to the portion where the new block is connected on the existing block, excessive paint and high heat such as the need to remove the painting at the position where the new block is assembled through the fire work. Due to the deformation of the iron plate and the occurrence of safety accidents.
Embodiments of the present invention can delete the painting removal operation during block assembly by creating a painting hold point in advance through a three-dimensional (3D) model to the drawing and taping to a new block assembly position (mold line) of the block. In order to reduce the number of hours at the same time to prevent deformation of the block by fire, etc. in advance.
In addition, at the same time as the taping operation, the punching operation is performed at a predetermined distance from the mold line, and the thickness information of the block and the information of the block assembled on the back surface are displayed, so that the position of the mold line can be accurately determined even after assembling the block. It is intended to be excellent in the properties and to complete the assembly without deviating from the block on the back side, thereby providing excellent stability.
According to an aspect of the present invention, the step of creating a painting holding point with reference to the mold line is assembled to a new block to the block through the three-die model; Applying a painting prevention tool to a painting holding point of a corresponding block in a site through the drawing; Performing painting on the corresponding block; And after removing the anti-painting of the block is the painting is completed may provide a step of assembling a new block in the mold line.
In addition, the anti-painting tool may be a tape that is bonded to cover the mold line on the block.
In addition, the tape may have a width that extends 40 to 50 mm on both sides of the mold line.
The method may further include displaying a punching line so as to accurately identify the position of the mold line even after the new block is seated at a predetermined distance from the mold line at the same time.
In addition, the punching line may have a parallel line structure spaced in parallel with the mold line.
In addition, the separation distance between the punching line and the mold line may be 90 ~ 110mm.
In addition, in the drawing creation step, the thickness information of the new block assembled to the mold line of the block and the thickness information of the back block assembled to the back of the block may be displayed so that there is no deviation between the two blocks.
