본 발명은 땀의 배출이 매우 신속원활하게 이루어지면서 방수효과 또한 극대화시킨 원단의 투습구조에 관한 것이다.
구성에 대해 설명하면, 위사와 경사의 조합으로 이루어지는 통상의 직물 또는 연질의 수지나 비닐 등의 원단(1)에 있어서, 원단(1) 표면에 일정한 간격으로 통기관(2)을 형성하되, 상기 통기관(2)은 상단에 통기구멍(21)을 가진 상협하광한 원뿔 형태로 형성함과 동시에 경사지게 형성함을 특징으로 한다.
한편, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 통기관(2)을 1∼다수개로 크게 형성하여 각종 의류를 비롯하여 신발이나 가방 등에 적당한 개수로 절취하여 선택적으로 적용할 수 있게 할 수도 있으며, 이 경우 등산복이나 체육복 등의 어깨 위를 비롯하여 특정부위에 적용하게 되면 한층 더 감각적이면서 미려하고 통기성과 방수성이 뛰어난 기능을 발휘하게 된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 원단(1) 표면에 상협하광한 관 형태의 통기관(2)이 형성되고, 또, 상기 통기관(2)의 통기구멍(21)이 직물의 제직밀도보다도 크기 때문에 통풍과 투습이 매우 원활하게 이루어지는 효과가 따르게 된다.
