Description
The present invention relates to an aeration nozzle and a liquid fertilizer manufacturing apparatus using the same, and more particularly, to supply oxygen to a fluid including organic waste such as livestock manure, and to collect and condense ammonia nitrogen generated from the oxygen-containing organic waste. It relates to a fluid oxygen supply nozzle for producing a liquid ratio by using the same and a liquid ratio manufacturing apparatus using the same.
Livestock wastewater contains high concentrations of pollutants, which are hundreds of times more than ordinary household sewage, which makes it difficult to treat economically and reliably as a general sewage and wastewater treatment facility. Solids, organic matter and nitrogen concentrations in livestock wastewater not only hinder the efficiency of the water treatment process but also make it difficult to maintain the facility.
The livestock waste contaminates groundwater, causes fatal health, hygiene and environmental hazards to humans and animals, spreads odors and pests, inhibits animal growth, increases livestock mortality, and makes treatment difficult. Increasing costs are becoming social issues.
Livestock wastewater generally contains thousands of ppm of high ammonia nitrogen. In the case of such a high concentration of ammonia nitrogen, biological treatment is limited and high ammonia nitrogen concentrations have been reported to inhibit the activity of the nitrogen-removing microorganism itself. Therefore, as a solution, a method of lowering the concentration by diluting the wastewater and a physicochemical denitrification method are used. There are many physicochemical denitrification methods, but in the case of air stripping, the material transfer triggered by the principle of the equilibrium of concentrations of substances is the key mechanism. The higher the concentration of ammonia-containing wastewater, the better the application and the faster the treatment. It has However, in spite of various advantages, there are problems due to secondary treatment of deaerated ammonia gas, which makes it difficult to apply the site.
Moreover, the livestock dumping of livestock wastewater is rapidly increasing from 760,000 tons in 2000 to 2.43 million tons in 2004, which causes a serious pollution of the marine environment. Furthermore, since 2012, the dumping of domestic organic wastewater has been banned under the London Convention. Therefore, it is urgent to develop land treatment methods for livestock wastewater.
