Claims (7)
- 상부의 쉬라우드(Shroud)와 하부의 루트 어태치먼트(Root Attachment) 사이에 에어포일(Airfoil)이 마련되는 가스터빈의 노즐 블레이드를 구성함에 있어서, 상기 에어포일을 5차 이상의 베지어 곡선(Bezier Curve)의 카티션 좌표(Cartesian Coordinate)를 사용하여 형성하며, 상기 카티션 좌표의 x,y,z 방향은 어떤 방향으로나 미리설정된 고정된 범위를 가지며, 상기 카티션 좌표의 z 방향의 각 레이어(Layer)는 선형으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 노즐 블레이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표 1의 카티션 좌표의 x,y,z은 어떤 방향으로나 ± 7mm의 범위를 가지며, z 방향의 각 레이어(Layer)는 선형으로 부드럽게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 노즐 블레이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표 1의 카티션 좌표는 스택킹 축(Stacking Axis)에 대하여 ± 5° 회전 안에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 노즐 블레이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표 1의 좌표는 특정 값의 함수로 1 : 0,5 ~ 1 : 2 범위 안에서 스케일 업(Scale up) 되거나 스케일 다운(Scale down)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 노즐 블레이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표 1의 좌표는 ± 0.5mm의 제작 공차를 가지며, 생크(Shank)는 z 방향으로 선형적으로 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 노즐 블레이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표 1의 좌표 사이의 레이어(layer)는 x,y 방향으로, 스택킹 축(Stacking axis)은 엔진 축 기준으로 ± 8°의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 노즐 블레이드.
