Abstract
The present invention relates to an anastomosis device for connecting the end of the cut blood vessel, using a pair of anastomosis device consisting of an inner tube and an outer tube to connect the vessels without the use of a suture to reduce the procedure time and to enable a stable procedure It is.
Currently, a method of directly suturing blood vessels by hand using a suture during a patient's procedure takes too much time and cannot guarantee the stability of the surgery. Recently, various vascular anastomosis devices have been proposed, but the problem of this is that After the combination should be fixed using a separate suture or fixing chamber, the procedure is not only inconvenient and takes a long time, but also takes a long time to be absorbed by the living body, there is a problem such as foreign body after the operation occurs.
Therefore, the present invention is made of a tubular body so that the inner tube and the outer tube formed in the taper of the opposite ends of different diameters are coupled by the coupling means, and the protrusion by forming a multi-stage projection on the surface in close contact with the inner tube and the outer tube Are in close contact with each other and the state of close contact with blood vessels allows the blood vessels to be fastened end-to-end simply with an anastomosis device, without the need for fixing using a separate suture or fixing chamber. By forming a plurality of perforations arranged to reduce the time to be absorbed by the living body to reduce the recovery time of the patient.
Description
The present invention relates to an anastomosis device for connecting the end of the cut blood vessel, using a pair of anastomosis device consisting of an inner tube and an outer tube to connect the vessels without the use of a suture to reduce the procedure time and to enable a stable procedure It is.
In general, vascular anastomosis is a procedure performed to reconstruct a tissue defect after trauma or tumor resection. Currently, most of the vascular anastomosis is stitched with a suture, but it takes at least 30 minutes to 1 hour because the suture is used for anastomosis. Surgery is very difficult and the longer the operation time is, the more difficult the operation is, and if the operation time is too long, there is a problem of increasing the risk of complications. If damaged, blood clots may occur.
Therefore, in recent years, a pair of anastomotic devices capable of connecting microvascular vessels have been proposed, but these are expensive and foreign body reactions may occur, and there is a problem that a space for the anastomosis holder should be secured during surgery. In the state that the blood vessels are connected, there is a powder that must be fixed again by using a partial suture again.
In addition, the time to be absorbed by the living body is very long, so that the recovery period takes a long time, and thus there is a problem of a foreign body after the surgery.
Therefore, the present invention provides a pair of anastomosis apparatuses that can be combined and fixed without the need for a separate fixing means such as a suture or a fixing chamber, thereby minimizing the procedure time and being closely coupled to increase the stability of the surgery, and anastomosis of blood vessels. Is originally combined to maintain the elasticity of the blood vessels in a short time to be completely absorbed by the living body to reduce the sense of foreign body.
To this end, the present invention is made of a tubular body, and the anastomosis device is made by the assembly of the inner tube and the outer tube formed in the taper of the opposite ends of different diameters, one end of the inner tube and the outer tube on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the tube, respectively The coupling means are formed so as to interlock with each other to allow mutual assembly.
In addition, the outer wall of the inner tube and the inner wall of the outer tube are each formed with a multi-stage projection, protruding possible in the range that the protrusion height of the multi-stage projection of the inner tube and the outer tube is not interlocked when combined It is formed so that the blood vessels enclosed in the inner tube and the outer tube are tightly fixed and prevented from being loosened. Also, by forming the protrusions in a spiral shape, the anastomosis device is fixed in a double manner. It is.
In addition, by forming a plurality of perforations arranged in a plurality of the inner tube and the outer tube to reduce the surface area of the anastomosis device to shorten the time to be absorbed by the living body, by forming a mounting groove on the inner wall of the inner tube to the surgical forceps It is to be able to assemble the outer tube in a stable state using the inner tube.
Therefore, the present invention can connect the blood vessels simply by fixing the anastomosis device by inserting the anastomosis device at the end of the blood vessel, thereby reducing the procedure time drastically, thereby increasing the stability of the surgery and securing the safety of the patient. Thus, even small blood vessels can be easily anastomated so that surgery can be completed in a short time regardless of diameter.
In addition, the inner walls of the blood vessels are fixed in a state of being completely in contact with each other, so that the structure is secured and fixed in a short time, thereby restoring the original elasticity of the blood vessels.
And because there is no separate suture or connective yarn other than the anastomosis device, foreign body reaction does not occur, so stable recovery is possible, and the anastomosis device is absorbed by the human body in a short time, thereby shortening the recovery period of the patient.
