First, the detachable emergency light 1 according to the present invention is detachably connected to the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, when the connecting pin is connected to the receptacle, the detachable switch SW made of the holding means such as a leaf spring is positioned at the connection point AT, so that the first control unit power source ( V BB ) is connected to the control unit via a general switch (S2) located outside the removable emergency light (1) of the present invention (in this case, the internal switch (S1) is always in the 'on' state whether or not the lighting is turned on Preferably it should be controlled only by the external switch (S2)).
Conversely, when the connection pin is removed from the receptacle, the detachable switch SW is positioned at the detachment point DT (DeTachment) so that the second control power supply Vcc is inside the detachable emergency light 1 of the present invention. Hereinafter, each part will be described in detail with reference to the detailed circuit diagram of FIG. 1.
First, 220V commercial AC power is rectified to DC power by the
Next, the full-wave rectified DC voltage is charged by the
The
The
Now, the
First, the
In addition, the terminal may include a terminal VDD to which a driving power supply (eg, 12V) is applied, a ground (VSS) terminal, and ancillary elements U3, C1, and C7.
Reference numeral 700 denotes a warning part, a general means such as a warning sound or a warning light to notify the user when a short occurs due to a short circuit, a power failure, or when an emergency light is removed from the power source.
Finally, the control operation of the
First, it is determined whether the emergency light 1 according to the present invention is connected to the
(S13).If it is determined in the step S10 that the emergency light is removed, the emergency light is now completely separated from the commercial power source, so whether the lighting of the lamp is entirely on or off of the internal switch S1 installed in the emergency light. Is determined by That is, it is determined whether the internal switch S1 is 'on', and when it is 'on', the output V3 of the control IC chip U1 of the
(S20).Now, if it is determined in the step S10 that the emergency light is connected, it is first determined whether there is an error in the input power supply, by measuring whether the rectified voltage Vi of the input unit is '0'. Can be determined (S20).
(S21).That is, when it is determined in the step S20 that Vi is '0', since the commercial power supply is a power cut due to the circumstances of the commercial power company, the output signal V4 to the warning unit 700 is 'high'. By using the warning sound or warning lights to the warning and return (S21).
(S30).However, when it is determined that Vi is not '0' as a result of the determination in step S20, it is determined whether or not the short circuit occurs again.
(S21).If, as a result of the determination in step S30, Vi is determined to be low, a short circuit is likely to occur, and therefore, the operation of the charging unit is stopped by setting the voltage V5 of the output signal to the charging
Conversely, if it is determined that Vi is 'high' as a result of the determination in step S30, since it is in a normal state, it is checked whether it is charged, and this is performed by measuring the magnitude of the output voltage Vo of the battery BAT ( S40). That is, it is determined whether Vo is greater than or equal to the reference voltage Vr that determines whether overcharge occurs.
(S42). That is, when it is determined in step S40 that Vo is greater than or equal to the reference voltage Vr that determines whether overcharging occurs, the voltage V5 of the output signal to the
(S41).However, when it is determined in the step S40 that Vo is less than the reference voltage Vr, the charging operation of the charging unit is continued by setting the voltage V5 of the output signal to the
Finally, when the emergency light 1 is connected to the
