상기 노출 용기에 실내 대기 유해물질을 주입하여 밀폐시키는 단계; 및
12~72시간 후 야생주와 돌연변이체의 반응을 비교하는 단계를 포함하는,
실내 대기의 환경 독성 진단방법.
- 초파리 야생주 및 돌연변이체의 성충을 노출 용기에 넣는 단계;
상기 노출 용기에 실내 대기 유해물질을 주입하여 밀폐시키는 단계;
12~72시간 후 야생주와 돌연변이체의 반응을 비교하는 단계; 및
상기 실내 대기 유해물질에 대하여 상기 야생주보다 민감한 반응을 보이는 돌연변이체를 선별하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의하여 선별된 실내 대기 유해물질의 스크리닝용 초파리 돌연변이체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 초파리 돌연변이체는 Dsor1 , hsp23 , bsk , p53 또는 p38b 돌연변이체인 초파리 돌연변이체.
