Description
The present invention relates to an ink continuous supply apparatus of a printer, and more particularly, to provide an ink continuous supply apparatus for continuously supplying ink, and to mount various colors of ink in the ink continuous supply apparatus in a cartridge manner. In addition, the present invention relates to a cartridge type printer ink continuous supply device capable of stably supplying ink to a printer without damage to a print head and bending formed in a printing line by easily removing bubbles remaining in the ink.
In general, the ink supply method for the printer is a method of directly mounting a factory pre-manufactured cartridge directly to the printer, and a method of directly or indirectly supplying ink separately from the outside without depending on the cartridge for the ink consumed in the printer. This is known.
It is a well-known and convenient way to mount the cartridge directly to the printer and supply it. However, when the ink is quickly exhausted, especially in the case of a color cartridge, when the ink of one color is used up, the entire cartridge is replaced even if the remaining ink remains. Because of this, the cost of using the ink is greatly increased.
In order to reduce the cost of using the ink, a method of indirectly supplying ink through a tube in a general container is used. This indirect method can drastically reduce the use cost of ink when the ink in the container is exhausted, by pouring the ink into the container and reusing the ink. However, this indirect supply method also has many inconveniences because the ink must be poured into a container such as a bottle, and bubbles may occur, which may damage the printer.
Therefore, the present inventors have continuously conducted a study on an ink continuous supply device that can reduce the ink usage cost while providing convenience to a user by incorporating an existing cartridge into the indirect supply method of the ink as described above.
Looking at these similar technologies, Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-0358768 (2004.08.03) discloses a "printer ink supply device". The conventional printer ink supply device is an ink supply device used in a large-sized inkjet printer, and is emptied into a space for storing ink to supply ink to the ink cartridge side, so as to form an ink reservoir and positioned in parallel with the ink cartridge. An ink supply tank positioned so that the ink cartridge is placed in the storage area of the ink reservoir, and ink is stored to supply ink to the ink supply tank side, and the ink is stored in parallel with the ink supply tank, and the height is higher than that of the ink supply tank. At least one ink container positioned, a connecting tube connecting the ink supply tank and the ink container to send the ink stored in the ink container to the ink supply tank, and the ink stored in the ink container. Through the connecting tube An air injection tube mounted on the ink container cap to move to the supply tank side, and exerting air pressure thereon; an export tube connecting the ink supply tank and the ink cartridge to eject the ink contained in the ink supply tank to the ink cartridge; And an ink supply frame for supplying ink to the ink cartridge by mounting the ink supply tank and the ink container.
However, the conventional printer ink supply apparatus includes an ink supply tank and a plurality of ink containers so as to use a pressure difference to prevent the generation of bubbles, and has a disadvantage in that the structure is complicated and the manufacturing cost is expensive. Since it is used in a large inkjet printer, it is inconvenient to use in a general small printer.
An object of the present invention is to provide a printer ink continuous supply device capable of continuously supplying the ink of the printer.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a printer ink continuous supply device that can supply the ink in the cartridge method to solve the inconvenience of the user.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a printer ink continuous supply device capable of preventing the generation of bubbles in an ink cartridge.
In order to achieve the above objects, the printer ink continuous supply apparatus according to the present invention has a plurality of receiving portions formed by a plurality of separating walls vertically installed, the engaging jaw is integral with the front inner wall of each receiving portion A case having a stopper member integrally formed on an inner wall of the rear side, and an ink suction plate provided on a bottom of each receiving portion; Removably inserted into each of the receiving portion, the ink supply having an elastic member integrally formed on the front surface and having a coupling protrusion on one side, a locking projection piece integrally formed on the rear surface and an ink discharge port integrally formed on one side of the bottom Cartridge for; A built-in cartridge for a printer configured of a black cartridge and a color cartridge so as to correspond to the ink supply cartridge; And a plurality of tubes connecting the ink suction plate of the case and the ink flow path of the internal cartridge for the printer.
The ink supply cartridge includes: a partition member vertically installed therein and having a communication groove formed at a lower end thereof; An air inlet formed integrally with the upper wall; An air passage communicating with the air inlet and integrally formed on an upper wall of the cartridge; A pressure supply pipe communicating with the air passage and extending into the cartridge; And a bubble prevention device installed inside the cartridge adjacent to the pressure supply pipe.
The bubble generation prevention device is an ink inlet pipe integrally installed at the bottom; A first chamber in communication with the ink inlet pipe; A second chamber in communication with the first chamber; A third chamber in communication with the second chamber and connected to the ink discharge port for discharging the introduced ink; And a flow path for communicating the first chamber, the second chamber, and the third chamber to transfer the ink.
The black cartridge and the color cartridge of the built-in cartridge for the printer are integrally formed, and a plurality of ink flow paths are formed on the upper wall, and the plurality of ink flow paths are integrally crossed from the black cartridge top wall to the color cartridge top wall. It is characterized by being formed.
According to the cartridge-type printer ink continuous supply device according to the present invention, by supplying the ink of the printer continuously, there is an advantage that can eliminate the inconvenience of having to replace the cartridge every time.
In addition, the present invention has the advantage that it can provide a more convenient to the user by adopting a cartridge method that could not be used in the existing printer ink continuous supply device.
In addition, it is possible to prevent the generation of bubbles in the ink cartridge, there is an advantage that can prevent damage to the print head.
