Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device having a light guide plate in the form of a lens. Specifically, two light guide plates engraved in a pattern in the form of a lens are installed to overlap each other so that the patterns do not overlap. It relates to a lighting device.
In general, home lighting fixtures are a type of lighting that is installed on a ceiling or a wall to brighten the interior and exterior, and in recent years, it is considered as a field of interior to enhance the decorative effect and aesthetics in addition to the original purpose of a lamp, and is suitable for this. Is being developed and constructed.
There are many kinds of light sources of such lighting equipment, and recently, the use of lighting equipment using light emitting diodes (LEDs) as light sources is increasing.
An LED has a structure in which a p-type semiconductor and an n-type semiconductor are bonded to each other, and when a power source is applied, electrons and holes combine to emit energy corresponding to a band gap of the semiconductor as light. Such LEDs are used not only for light sources for luminaires, but also for light sources for backlight units, light sources for electronic signs, and light sources for traffic signals.
Planar lighting devices using LED light sources are classified into direct type or edge type according to the position or arrangement of the light source, and the direct type of the electronics arranges a plurality of lamps on the back of the lighting device. By supplying a direct surface light source to the lighting device, and the latter edge method is to face a separate light guide plate on the rear surface of the lighting device and to place a lamp on the side thereof to implement the surface light source by the light guide plate.
In the direct method, the
In the case of the direct type, since the strong light of the LED is emitted directly from the back of the lighting device, there is a glare problem, and the diffusion sheet is attached to the front of the lighting device to improve it, but the thicker the thickness of the diffusion sheet, the glare problem is improved, but the luminance and There is a problem that the illuminance is lowered, and on the contrary, the thinner the thickness, the more complex problems appear glare problem. On the other hand, edge type LEDs are located on the side, so they are not directly exposed, so they are less glare and are newly emerging as one of sensibility lights that create a subtle atmosphere.
The pattern light guide plate can be largely divided into silk screen, V-cut, stamping, injection, laser, and ink jet methods. Among them, the V-cut method is very simple by mechanically digging a V-shaped groove on the surface of the light guide plate. Therefore, it is one of the easily accessible methods to make pattern light guide plate, but the light and brightness characteristics of the light guide are lower than that of the silk screen method.
In order to solve the problems described above, an object of the present invention is to create a pattern in a light guide plate by a V-cut method, but to install the two light guide plates in which a lens pattern is formed in a V-cut method so as to be used for illumination. It is to provide a lighting device having a light guide plate of a lens type with excellent illuminance.
