원통형 본체의 양 측면에는 일정두께로 이종금속의 용접봉을 용접 코팅하여 융착시킨 측면용접코팅부를 형성하여 된 체크링과, 상기 체크링과 접촉되는 본체의 일측 부위에는 일정두께로 이종금속의 용접봉을 용접 코팅하여 융착시킨 상부용접코팅부를 형성한 실링과, 상기 체크링과 접촉되는 원뿔헤드의 저면부위에는 일정두께로 이종금속의 용접봉을 용접 코팅하여 융착시킨 하부용접코팅부를 형성하여 된 스크류헤드부를 포함하는 용접코팅부가 형성된 스크류 헤드 세트에 있어서,
상기 체크링의 본체 외주면의 둘레에는 일정한 깊이 및 간격을 가지는 복수개의 용접홈을 형성하고,
