The plurality of fastening holes 111 may include a fourth fastening hole 115 formed to be spaced apart from the third fastening hole 114 in the circumferential direction of the insertion part 110 by a predetermined interval.

Here, the spacing between the fastening holes 111 may be variously changed according to the environment to which the present invention is applied.

Lessing bar extension device 100 includes a length extension portion 120 that is fastened to one side of the insertion portion (110). The length extension part 120 may be formed of the same material as the Lessing bar.

One end of the length extension part 120 may be fastened to the insertion part 110 to be integrally formed with the insertion part 110. The length extension part 120 includes a fastening part 121 formed at the other end and fastened to the corner casting of the container.

The fastening part 121 is formed to be inserted into the corner casting and fastened. The fastening part 121 is formed to protrude to at least one side to be inserted into the corner casting.

Meanwhile, the Lessing bar extension device 100 includes a fixing part 130 that is fastened to the insertion part 110. The fixing part 130 is inserted into one side of the insertion part 110. In this case, the fixing part 130 is formed to be inserted into the at least one fastening hole 111.

The fixing part 130 may be formed in various forms. The fixing part 130 may be formed of a letter 'U'. In addition, the fixing part 130 may include at least one fixing protrusion (not shown) to be inserted into the at least one fastening hole 111 to fasten the fastening bar and the inserting part 110.

In this case, the at least one fixing protrusion may include a plurality. When the plurality of fixing protrusions are formed, each of the fixing protrusions is inserted into each of the plurality of fastening holes 111 to fasten the insertion unit 110 to the latching bar.

Hereinafter, for convenience of description, the insertion unit 110 will be described based on a case where the letter 'U' is formed.

On the other hand, the fixing unit 130 is formed to be detachable from the insertion unit 110 is inserted into the insertion unit 110 according to the user's selection. Therefore, the user can easily separate the fixing unit 130 from the insertion unit 110.

Hereinafter will be described in detail with respect to the connecting method of the Lessing bar extension device (100).

FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a connection between the Lessing bar extension device 100 and the Lessing bar shown in FIG. 1. 3 is an enlarged view illustrating an enlarged portion A of FIG. 2.

2 and 3, the container is shipped to a vessel (not shown) using an external crane (not shown). In this case, as described above, the vessel is formed on the vessel to secure the container. The Lessing Bar is fastened to the Lessing Bridge to firmly fix the container.

On the other hand, when a container is shipped to the vessel, the operator fastens the lacing bar to the corner casting of the container. At this time, when a plurality of containers are stacked, the height of stacked containers is increased.

When the height of the stacked containers becomes high, the worker becomes difficult to fix the containers only with the lacing bars. Particularly, when the stacked containers are 40 feet type, the height of 600 ~ 900mm increases depending on the number of containers, making the work difficult.

At this time, the worker fastens the lashing bar extension device 100 to one side of the lashing bar. The operator inserts the insertion unit 110 on one side of the pressing bar.

Insertion unit 110 is inserted into the protruding portion of the latching bar. The operator inserts the fixing part 130 into the first fastening hole 112 and the second fastening hole 113 of the insertion part 110. At this time, the fixing part 130 contacts one side of the protruding portion of the Lessing bar. The operator may insert the fixing part 130 into the third fastening hole 114 and the fourth fastening hole 115 according to the height of the container.

For example, when two containers are stacked, the operator may insert the fixing part 130 into the first fastening hole 112 and the second fastening hole 113. On the other hand, when three containers are stacked, the operator may insert the fixing part 130 into the third fastening hole 114 and the fourth fastening hole 115.

Therefore, the operator can fasten the insert 110 to the latching bar according to the loading height of the container to vary the length to securely secure the container. In addition, the operator easily fastens the insertion portion 110 and the latching bar through the fixing portion 130 to increase work convenience.

On the other hand, the operator fastens the fixing part 130, and then fastens the fastening part 121 to the corner casting of the container. At this time, the worker holds the length extension 120 by hand and inserts the fastening portion 121 to the corner casting of the container disposed on the upper side.

The corner casting of the container fixes the fastening part 121 to prevent the fastening part 121 from being separated when the fastening part 121 is inserted.

When the operator removes the Lessing bar extension device 100, the operation is performed as described above.

That is, the worker separates the fastening portion 121 from the corner casting of the container. The worker separates the fixing part 130 from the insertion part 110. The operator separates the insert 110 from the latching bar.

Therefore, the operator can easily and simply separate the Lessing bar extension device 100 from the Lessing bar. In addition, the operator can separate the lashing bar extension device 100 can be fastened separately to the portion required lashing bar extension device 100.

On the other hand, in the case of using the Lessing bar extension device 100, it is not necessary to form a plurality of Lessing bar fastening portion 121 formed on the surface of the vessel. That is, the Lessing bar extension device 100 extends the length of the Lessing bar according to the operator's choice as described above.

Therefore, even without forming a separate latching bar fastening portion 121 according to the height of the container, one container can be loaded regardless of the height of the container using one latching bar fastening portion 121.

Therefore, the Lessing bar extension device 100 reduces the manufacturing cost of the vessel by reducing the parts required for the vessel.
