Abstract
본 발명은 타이어 압출공정의 압출다이를 통해 압출되는 압출물을 냉각시키는 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 압출물의 초기 냉각효과를 높이고 냉각효율을 위해 별도의 에너지원이 불필요한 고무 압출물 냉각장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 고무 압출물(1)이 냉각수가 채워진 수조(2)에 설치된 디핑롤러(3)들을 갖춘 디핑 컨베이어 벨트(4)의 하부를 통과하여 냉각이 이루어지는 고무 압출물 냉각장치에 있어서, 상기 각각의 디핑롤러(3) 양단에는 냉각수를 유동시키는 프로펠라(5)가 각각 설치되어 이 디핑롤러(3)의 축(3a)과 함께 회동하도록 이루어진 구조로 되어 있다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for cooling an extrudate extruded through an extrusion die of a tire extrusion process, and more particularly, to an apparatus for cooling rubber extrudate that does not require a separate energy source for increasing the initial cooling effect of the extrudate and cooling efficiency.
