The present invention relates to a surface lubricating agent composition used in hot and warm forging processes, in particular, very low volatility of the pigment during forging operations, to improve the lubricity of the forging product and the mold, to prevent seizure, It improves the physical properties such as oxidation resistance, high strength, and corrosion resistance, and can obtain high precision products, and it is excellent for extending the life of mold by the protection of mold and rust resistance of forged products, and stability and lubricity even at high temperature of 500 ~ 1300 ℃. It relates to a surface lubricating agent composition used in hot and warm forging process having a.

In general, forging is one of metal processing methods for pressing and deforming a metal mass or a thick plate, such as forging hot forging to work at high temperature, cold forging to work at a lower temperature than the hot. The hot forging is forging at a high temperature such as aluminum near 500 ° C, steel near 900 ° C, stainless steel near 1300 ° C, and so on. As a result, most of the hot forgings are currently forged as a release agent without a special lubricant.

However, surface lubrication in hot forging improves the lubricity of forging products and molds, prevents seizure, and has excellent physical properties such as oxidation resistance, high strength and corrosion resistance of forgings, and obtains high-precision products. It is necessary to obtain excellent effect on the life extension of mold by protection and the rust resistance of forged products.

On the other hand, conventional surface lubrication treatment after degreasing the surface formed on the surface, such as degreasing or shot or sanding, and then forging by spraying the release agent to the product and the mold or coated with lubricating oil and heated to a high temperature, The hot forging was pressed to forge, and accordingly, the development of a lubricating agent for surface lubrication in hot forging was urgently needed.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems and necessity of the prior art, the object of the present invention is excellent sedimentation stability and defoaming force, very low volatility of the pigment during forging work, lubricity of forging products and molds It is to provide a surface lubricating agent composition used in hot and warm forging process to increase the.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a surface lubricating agent composition used in the hot and warm forging process, which prevents sintering, has excellent physical properties such as oxidation resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, and the like, and can obtain a high-precision product. After confirming the sedimentation stability and defoaming force of the lubricating agent prepared as described above, the surface condition of the lubricated forging and the salt spray test and the lubrication and pigment volatility at the time of forging were evaluated to make Table 1 below. The coating condition, lubricity and pigment volatility were all excellent in the forging test.
