Description
상기 2개의 열교환기 중 하나를 제1열교환기라 하고, 나머지 하나의 열교환기를 제2열교환기라 정의하며,
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 냉동 사이클의 정상적인 운전상태에서 냉매의 흐름을 보여주는 도면이다.
도 3은 도 1에 도시된 냉동 사이클의 제상 시스템이 작동하는 상태에서 냉매의 흐름을 보여주는 도면이다.

Claims (3)
- 냉매를 고온 고압의 기체 상태로 압축하는 압축기;
상기 압축기로부터 유입되는 냉매와 외부의 열원과의 열교환을 행하는 응축기;
상기 응축기로부터 유입된 액상의 냉매를 단열팽창하여 저온 및 저압의 액상과 기상의 혼합 상태의 냉매로 변환하는 팽창밸브; 및
상기 팽창밸브로부터 유입된 저온 저압의 냉매를 외부의 열원과 열교환하여 저압의 기체상태로 변환하여 상기 압축기로 유입시키는 증발기;를 포함하는 냉동 시스템에 있어서,
상기 응축기는 2개의 열교환기가 병렬로 배치되어 하나의 냉각팬에 의해 외부의 공기 열원과의 열교환이 행해지도록 배치된 공랭식 증발 응축기;를 구성하며,
상기 2개의 열교환기 중 하나를 제1열교환기라 하고, 나머지 하나의 열교환기를 제2열교환기라 정의하며,
상기 압축기로부터 유입되어 상기 제1열교환기를 통과한 냉매가 상기 증발기로 유입되는 냉매유로는 분기된 두 개의 냉매유로를 포함하며, 그 중 하나의 냉매유로에는 그 냉매의 흐름 방향 상 상류측으로부터 하류측으로 제1전자밸브와 제1팽창밸브가 순차적으로 배치되며, 나머지 냉매유로에는 제2전자밸브가 배치되며,
상기 증발기로부터 토출된 냉매가 흐르는 냉매유로는 분기된 두 개의 냉매유로를 포함하며, 그 중 하나의 냉매유로는 제3전자밸브를 구비하며 상기 압축기의 유입구 측에 연결되며, 나머지 냉매유로는 제4전자밸브와 제2팽창밸브를 통해 상기 공랭식 증발 응축기에 연결되며, 상기 제2팽창밸브를 통하여 상기 제2열교환기로 유입된 냉매는 제5전자밸브가 구비된 냉매유로를 통하여 상기 압축기로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공랭식 냉매 증발 응축기를 이용한 제상 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공랭식 증발 응축기는 열교환기로서 외부의 공기 열원과의 열교환과 더불어 상기 압축기에서 토출된 고온 고압의 냉매가스와 상기 제2팽창밸브로부터 상기 공랭식 증발 응축기로 유입된 저온 저압의 냉매와 열교환이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 공랭식 냉매 증발 응축기를 이용한 제상 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 압축기에서 토출되어 상기 공랭식 증발 응축기로 유입되는 냉매가 흐르는 냉매유로에 유분리기가 구비되며,
상기 증발기에서 토출되어 상기 압축기로 유입되는 냉매가 흐르는 냉매유로에는 액분리기가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 공랭식 증발 응축기를 이용한 제상 시스템.
