The
In addition, the outer surface (surface toward the center of the pressure tube 241) of the
The
The
The circulating water in which air in the form of fine bubbles is mixed and dissolved is introduced into the high speed rotation chamber 241-2 through the mixing chamber 241-1.
Since the high speed rotation chamber 241-2 has a flow path cross-sectional area smaller than that of the mixing chamber 241-1, high speed rotation of the circulating water is induced.
The circulating water guided by the high speed rotation thus meets the collision porous plate 241-5 provided at the rear end of the high speed rotation chamber 241-2.
A plurality of through holes 241-5a are formed in the collision porous plate 241-5.
Therefore, the circulating water in which the air in the form of fine bubbles is mixed and dissolved is promoted to dissolve the fine bubbles by high-speed rotation, and some of the circulating water collides with the collision porous plate 241-5, while some of the circulating water It passes through the through hole 241-5a of the collision porous plate 241-5 and flows into the turbulence amplifier chamber 241-3.
At this time, the circulating water passing through the through hole 241-5a further increases the flow rate to promote dissolution of the fine bubbles.
In addition, the turbulence amplification chamber 241-3 has a flow path cross-sectional area larger than that of the high speed rotation chamber 241-2, and a flow path of the turbulence amplification chamber 241-3 is located at the rear end of the turbulence amplification chamber 241-3. A turbulent amplification chamber outlet plate 241-6 having an outlet 241-6a having a flow path cross-sectional area smaller than the cross-sectional area is provided.
The circulating water introduced into the turbulent amplification chamber 241-3 is a turbulent amplification due to the turbulent amplification chamber 241-3 having an expanded diameter, so that the bubbles are dissolved more finely and ultra-small bubbles having a diameter of 0.1 μm to 10 μm Dissolves in size.
As such, the circulating water in which air is dissolved in the form of ultra-fine bubbles in the turbulent amplification chamber 241-3 flows into the level control chamber 241-4 where the end of the circulating
The water
In addition, the bottom of the
The ultra-foam
The
Since the circulating water in which air is dissolved in the form of ultra-fine bubbles flows into the water level control room 241-4, and then the
In addition, the differential pressure automatic control valve (249b) is provided for the purpose of performing the water level control and gas discharge of the level control room (240d) of the
As such, when the pressure of the air decreases momentarily and the pressure of the circulating water becomes relatively high, as the water level rises, the tip of the water
As such, the air discharge due to the air pressure, the water level increase due to the air discharge, and the air pressure increase due to the water level increase are repeated, thereby automatically adjusting the water level inside the
In addition, if the opening degree of the differential pressure automatic control valve (249b) is adjusted, such a water level adjustment cycle can be lengthened and stable operation is possible.
As such, when the bubbles are dissolved in the
Dissolved air circulating water introduced into the circulation
The structure of the
The
The
In the center of the
The
That is, the
Therefore, the dissolved air circulating water, which is split more finely and passes through the
The dissolved air circulating water containing a large amount of ultra-fine bubbles generated in this way is applied to the inclined surface (114c-2) of the rotary blade (114c) while passing between the rotary blade (114c-1) of the rotary plate (114c) and Thus, the
Therefore, the dissolved air circulation water injected from the
In addition, since the dissolved air circulating water injected from the
As a result, the raw water introduced into the
As described above, the fact that the floc can be efficiently removed by the same compressed air also means that the amount of compressed air required can be drastically reduced as compared with the conventional one in order to enable floc removal having the same performance as the conventional one.
