Description

Sound absorption block and a fabricated soundproof panel using thereof}Sound absorption panel and sound absorbing panel

The present invention relates to a soundproof panel used to install a soundproof wall and to a soundproof panel formed by assembling a sound absorbing block.

In general, a soundproof wall is installed around the road, railroad tracks adjacent to the residential area, or around various facilities in which noise is generated. Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2005-0096067 (October 5, 2005) can be confirmed through the "soundproof panel and the soundproof wall having the same". The soundproof walls are mainly constructed so as to set up posts at regular intervals to absorb various noises and to block vibrations, and to install sound insulation panels at regular heights by sandwiching sound insulation panels between the posts.

The soundproof panel as described above has been widely used because of its relatively low strength and manufacturing cost, and thus the structural improvement of the soundproof panel has been continuously performed. In recent years, various sound insulation panels are proposed that are effective in noise reduction and sound insulation, but do not significantly reduce the aesthetics of the city. Therefore, efforts are being made to propose sound insulation panels that can absorb and sound more effectively.

On the other hand, the conventional soundproofing panels are usually formed in a rectangular shape, typically, Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2001-0058651 (July 6, 2001) "road soundproofing plate". However, such a conventional soundproof panel was manufactured in a standardized size to be installed between the pillars. Therefore, in order to form a variety of sizes, there was an inconvenience in that each of the various plates and sound-absorbing materials for forming the soundproof panel to meet the specifications.

It is an object of the present invention to propose a soundproof panel that can more effectively absorb and sound noise.

In addition, the purpose is to obtain a soundproof panel to increase the convenience of manufacturing by simply forming a soundproof panel of various standards as a prefabricated.

The present invention achieves the above object by forming a sound absorbing block with improved sound absorption and sound insulation, and by assembling the sound absorbing block to form soundproof panels of various standards.

According to the present invention, the sound waves are exhausted through a plurality of resonance spaces, so that sound absorption and sound insulation are improved, and soundproof panels of various standards can be conveniently formed in a prefabricated manner.

It is formed of a material such as metal or synthetic resin, and is preferably formed by selecting a material which does not generate rust.

The sound absorbing hole 112 formed in the front sound absorbing plate 100 may be formed in various sizes and shapes in consideration of an environment in which noise is generated. The sound absorbing holes 112 can be configured in a circular and elliptical shape, and as shown, the sound absorbing holes 112 of various sizes and shapes can be formed in a predetermined pattern on a single plate.

As shown in FIG. 4, the reflection induction plate 120 has a reflection protrusion 122 formed on a surface facing the front sound absorbing plate 100 in the form of a plate. The reflection protrusion 122 serves to exhaust the sound wave by diffuse reflection, and is formed to have an inclined reflective surface to diffuse the sound wave.

The reflective protrusions 122 may be formed by arranging a plurality of reflective protrusions in a predetermined pattern. Size can also be variously formed, which is formed in consideration of the shape and arrangement of the resonance space 132 formed in the resonance guide plate 130 to be described later.

The resonance induction plate 130 is disposed between the front sound absorbing plate 110, the reflection induction plate 120, and the reflection induction plate 120, and has a plurality of resonance spaces 132 as shown in FIG. 5. . Resonance space 132 is a space partitioned in a constant size to form a rectangular cross-section is formed in a manner as if a honeycomb bar, in the drawing, five and six horizontally, five and six vertically, but the example was formed It is not limited to this.

The resonance space 132 may be formed in various sizes. One resonance guide plate 130 may be formed to have a variety of sizes or the same resonance guide plate 130 to the same size, it is possible to form different sizes in different resonance guide plate 130, respectively. This is because the sound absorbing block 100 according to the present invention employs a plurality of resonance induction plate 130.

As shown in FIG. 6, the partition plate 140 has a plurality of guide holes 142 for inducing sound waves in a plate shape. The guide hole 142 is formed in a group along the formation position of the resonance space 132 so that the sound waves can be naturally guided to each resonance space (132).

As shown in FIG. 7, the guide hole 142 may have a different size and number depending on the arrangement position of the partition plate 140. This is a configuration for improving sound absorption performance by sequentially obstructing the direction of sound waves. In addition, the induction hole 142 may be formed only in a part of the resonance space 132 formed in the resonance guide plate 130. This is a configuration for absorbing the resonance generated in the adjacent resonance space 132 by preventing sound waves from entering some of the resonance space 132.

The partition plate 140 may be replaced with a non-woven fabric, if necessary, in this case, a separate guide hole 142 may be omitted.

On the other hand, the decorative plate 160 as shown in Figure 8 may be installed on the front of the sound-absorbing block 100 according to the present invention formed as described above.

The decorative plate 160 is installed for the purpose of protecting the sound absorbing block 100 and variously and beautifully decorating the exterior. The decorative plate 160 is formed in a plate shape to form various patterns so that sound waves can be absorbed. It is formed by drilling.

The decorative plate 160 may be selected and adopted as necessary, and the pattern formed on the decorative plate 160 may be any form as long as sound waves can be absorbed smoothly by the sound absorbing block 100.

Figure 9 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a part of the cross-sectional configuration of the sound absorbing block according to the present invention.

The sound absorbing block 100 according to the present invention formed of the front sound absorbing plate 110, the reflection induction plate 120, the resonance induction plate 130, and the partition plate 140 includes a plurality of resonance spaces 132 sequentially arranged. Form.

The sound wave is introduced into the resonance space 132 disposed at the front along the sound absorbing hole 112 formed in the front sound absorbing plate 110 (see FIG. 2), and is exhausted while being resonated to some extent, followed by the second and third resonance spaces. As it flows into (132) one by one, it continues to resonate and is exhausted.

At this time, the size and arrangement of the sound absorbing hole 112 formed in the front sound absorbing plate 110 and the first partition plate 140 and the guide hole 142 formed in the second and third partition plates 140 are formed different from each other. As a result, sound waves do not proceed in a straight line, but change direction several times. Therefore, it is exhausted while offsetting each other to improve the sound absorption performance.

On the other hand, in the resonant space 132 disposed at the end, the effect of canceling the sound wave entering while the sound wave introduced by the reflection protrusion 122 formed in the reflection induction plate 120 is made to be more active.

Hereinafter, the structure of forming the soundproof panel using the sound absorbing block 100 according to the present invention will be described.

10 and 11 are exemplary views showing the formation of a soundproof panel with a sound absorbing block according to the present invention.

Sound absorbing block 100 according to the present invention can be formed in a variety of forms, in order to form a soundproof panel to be installed between the struts is preferably formed in a rectangular form. Through this, a plurality of sound absorbing blocks 100 may be provided and arranged to form a square shape to form a soundproof panel.

Assembly of the sound absorbing block 100 may be achieved through the assembly frame 200. After arranging a plurality of sound absorbing blocks 100 in a row, the sound absorbing panel is formed by fixing the assembly frame 200 in a rectangular frame at the edges of the arranged sound absorbing blocks 100.

As the soundproof panel is formed as described above, the left / right width of the soundproof panel may be adjusted by adjusting the number of sound absorbing blocks 100. At this time, if the number of sound insulation panels is too large, the configuration becomes fine, which is undesirable. Typically, it is preferable to determine the size of the sound absorbing block 100 so as to form the sound insulation panel following three to five.
