Claims (9)
- 중공체 내부에 금속 가스가 봉입된 제1 챔버;일 측에 구비된 고온부가 제1 챔버의 하면과 열 접촉 되도록 배치되는 열전소자; 및열전소자의 타 측에 구비된 저온부와 열 접촉 되도록 배치되는 방열부재를 포함하며,상기 제1 챔버의 상면은 빛이 투과되는 투명 또는 반투명 소재로 구비되며, 상기 제1 챔버의 내부에는 상면을 통해 투과된 빛에 의해 가스가 이온화 반응을 함에 따라 발생되는 전자를 집전하는 전자보충부가 구비되고,상기 제1 챔버에 봉입되는 금속 가스는 1족 원소 중 어느 하나의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 봉입되는 금속 가스는 나트륨(Na) 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자보충부는 상기 제1 챔버의 대향되는 양 측면을 가로지르는 선분 구조로 배치된 전기집속전도선으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 챔버의 상측에는 중공체 내부에 온실가스가 봉입된 제2 챔버가 적층 배치되며,제2 챔버의 상면과 하면은 빛이 투과되는 투명 또는 반투명 소재로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2 챔버에 봉입되는 온실가스는 CO2, CH4, N2O, HFCs, PFCs, HCFC 및 SF6 로 이루어진 가스 군 중 어느 하나의 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2 챔버의 상측에는 광전지(PhotoVoltaic)부재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 챔버의 상측에는 광전지(PhotoVoltaic)부재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.
- 제1항, 제5항, 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 태양전지모듈을 행과 열에 따른 매트릭스 구조로 배치하고, 각 태양전지에서 집전되어 배출되는 전류를 공동으로 집적하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가스 이온화 및 열전소자를 이용한 태양전지모듈.
