The surface of the faucet is plated with an alloy containing tin as its main component, and the faucet and its surface treatment method to provide a more luxurious aesthetic by providing a texture of stainless steel, and for this purpose, a grain is formed in a predetermined direction by scratching. Faucets with a surface-treated faucet made of tin (Sn) as the main component and the surface treatment of such faucets and the surface treatment of such faucets include a process of plating nickel (Ni) after buffing the cast-molded surface, and Brush-polished the (Ni) plated surface with a flap brush. Process, degreasing the scratched surface by cathodic electrolysis, dipping with a neutralizing solution, plating an alloy containing tin (Sn) as a main component, and oxidizing the plating surface with an oxidizing solution It is to be performed by the process of forming a film, and the process of washing with water.
On the other hand, such a brass or bronze material is toxic, and improved to this, and Patent Publication No. 2004-99729 has a process of manufacturing a mold as a prior art; Casting and molding a copper alloy melt containing copper and zinc as main components in the mold; Polishing the outer surface of the molding formed in the above step by buffing; Plating nickel on the outer surface of the polished molding to a predetermined thickness; Plating chromium on the nickel plating layer to a predetermined thickness; Rinsing the molded product after the plating is completed with water, and then immersing the molded product in an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution for a predetermined time to remove lead components from the inner surface; Washing the molding again with water to remove the sodium hydroxide component from the surface; Immersing the molding in a phosphate solution for a predetermined time to form a phosphate coating on the surface thereof; The surface of the inside of the faucet, which is a passage through which tap water flows, is also performed by washing the molded product having the phosphate coating with water to remove the phosphate component from the surface. Techniques for removing lead by causing treatment have been described.
And for the human toxic substances contained in the pipe member as described in Patent 10-0976741 Bronze casting (JIS H5120 CAC406) as a bronze-based low smoke alloy technology, is usually excellent in castability, corrosion resistance, machinability, pressure resistance, It is also widely used for water supply and hot water supply such as valves, cocks, and joints, and piping materials for steam. This bronze casting (CAC406) contains several% of Pb (lead), and in particular, contributes to the improvement of machinability and pressure resistance. However, at present, even if Pb at low concentrations adversely affects the human body, in order to prevent Pb leaching into tap water, and to prevent soil contamination, Pb-containing wastes are regulated, as well as Pb-containing restrictions in used materials. It is strictly regulated in each direction. Based on such a situation, the development of a new useful lead-free copper alloy has become an urgent task, and among them, it is described that various materials such as Bi-based, Bi-Sb-based, and Bi-Se-based have been developed.
Therefore, stainless steel pipes and seams are used as alternative materials, and as a prior art, the registration number 10-0999881 shows that a stainless steel pipe for water supply on one side has a socket portion at one end of a pipe body having an inlet and an outlet of a fluid. Or as a stainless steel pipe to form at least one of the tube inserting portion, there is described a stainless steel pipe for water supply in which a synthetic resin coating layer is formed on the outer surface of the stainless steel pipe.
In other words, pipe fittings generally used for water pipes, such as brass, bronze, but it is toxic and harmful to the human body, has excellent corrosion resistance and is being changed to a stainless material harmless to the human body.
However, the above stainless steel pipe fittings are mainly manufactured through casting, which makes the mold difficult, complicated manufacturing process, and the quality of the pipe fittings is not guaranteed. There was a disadvantage of this inconvenience.
In addition, when the stainless steel pipe fitting member is connected to a synthetic resin pipe such as PB, there is no suitable accessory assembly on the pipe fitting member, which makes work in the field inconvenient and slow, and also facilitates leakage of the joint portion between the pipe and the fitting member. There was a downside.
Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, the present invention is easy and simple to manufacture a stainless steel socket or elbow which is a pipe joint member, the manufactured socket or elbow is sure airtight when combined with the pipe It is to provide a pipe joint member manufacturing method that is easy to install and no leakage.

The cell mold manufacturing process is a casting process, in order to produce large quantities of products of the same standard, cell molds, which are molds for pouring casting, are required. Thus, cell mold molds for manufacturing a large number of cell molds are manufactured.
The manufacturing method is to manufacture the cell mold mold through the process of design, mold making, sand casting, heat treatment, MCT processing, and thought. Is omitted.
And mold casting material uses gray cast iron FC25.
The cell manufacturing process is a process of making molds by pouring thermosetting synthetic resin into a heated mold to form molds for casting castings.
Cell manufacturing method goes through the process of mold installation, mold heating, injection molding, mold heating, and cell completion.
The cell material includes a phenol resin as a binder and a condensate phosphoric acid as an aromatic casting sand. In particular, the phenolic resin used as the caking additive of the cell has the advantage that the amount of soot generated is small, and after being poured into the formwork, the disintegration property is good. 5-20 weight% of phenol resins are added, and 80-95 weight% of condensed phosphate esters are added to a raw material mix ratio of a cell. If the phenolic resin is less than 5% by weight, the cell is likely to break during the manufacturing process, and if it is more than 20% by weight, the strength of the cell is withdrawn. Similarly, when the content of the condensed phosphate ester, which is the foundry sand, is less than 80% by weight, the strength of the cell is weakened. When the content of the condensed phosphate ester is less than 80% by weight, the strength is strong, but the moldability of the cell is poor, and it is easy to be defective.
In the cell manufacturing process, after the mold is installed in the core machine, the cell is heated for 1 hour, and then the cell is continuously produced at intervals of 1 to 2 minutes.

The inspection (pneumatic) process is a process to check the presence of bubbles and the water pressure test according to the characteristics of the casting shape. The working method is a visual inspection that determines whether there is a bubble by visually inspecting all the products, a gauge inspection that determines whether the thread of the product is defective with a dedicated gauge, and a pneumatic inspection that determines whether the product is defective by flowing water at 0 ~ 5MPa pressure to the product. The process takes place.
The assembly process is the process of assembling grab rings, washers, o-rings and caps as accessories in the product.
The assembly order is as follows: product-grab ring-washer-o-ring-cap. The cap is used to insert a pipe made of PB (polybutylene) by fixing the grab ring, washer and O-ring. The cap is manufactured by injection method, and the material is made of nylon, parque (dust or stone). The component ratio is 70% by weight of nylon, 30% by weight of parquet. The stainless steel sleeve can be inserted into the pipe.
The O-ring is a seal (sealing) pipe, and the material uses EPM. The washer is installed between the grab ring and the o-ring to prevent the o-ring from tearing and to fix the grab ring. O-ring material uses acetal.
