Claims (4)
- 무기형광체의 제조에 있어서,(1) 제조하고자 하는 무기형광체를 조성하는 원소들을 포함하는 화합물들을 혼합하는 혼합단계;(2) 상기 혼합단계에서 수득되는 전구체 혼합물을 용해시키고, 해당 무기형광체 전구체의 슬러리를 제조하는 슬러리제조단계; 및(3) 상기 슬러리제조단계에서 수득되는 상기 슬러리를 실리콘 기판, 탄화규소 기판, 유리 기판, 세라믹 기판, 수지필름 기판들로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 기판 상에 코팅한 후 상기 슬러리에 전자선을 조사하는 조사단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전자선 조사를 이용한 나노크기의 무기형광체의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조사단계 이전에 상기 슬러리를 증발농축시키는 농축단계를 더 포함하 는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자선 조사를 이용한 나노크기의 무기형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기형광체 전구체가 Y1.95Ce0.05SiO5, Y1.9Eu0.1O2S1, La1.9Eu0.1(VO4)(PO4), Y1.9Sm0.1O2S1, Y1.9Tb0.1O2S1, Y1.9Gd0.1O2S1, Ba2SiO4:Eu3+, Y3-xTbxAl5O12, SrAl2O4:Eu3+의 조성비를 갖는 전구체들로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자선 조사를 이용한 나노크기의 무기형광체의 제조방법.
