단면이 사각을 이루고 정면이 사각형상을 이루는 기립된 링형상으로, 상단면 좌측에서 상부로 돌출되어 우측단에서 좌향내측으로 상단삽입장홈(11a)을 갖고 상단삽입장홈(11a) 좌측선단부에서 전후방측으로 통공형성된 전후방끼움공(11b,11c)을 각각 갖는 상단체결부(11)가 형성되고, 하단면 우측에서 하부로 돌출되어 좌측단에서 우향내측으로 하단삽입장홈(12a)을 갖고 하단삽입장홈(12a) 우측선단부에서 전후방측으로 통공형성된 전후방끼움공(12b,12c)을 각각 갖는 하단체결부(12)가 형성되며, 좌측단면 하부에서 좌측으로 돌출되어 상단에서 하부내측으로 좌측단삽입장홈(13a)을 갖고 좌측단삽입장홈(13a) 하단부에서 전후방측으로 통공형성된 전후방끼움공(13b,13c)을 각각 갖는 좌측단체결부(13)가 형성되고, 우측단면 상부에서 우측으로 돌출되어 하단에서 상부내측으로 우측단삽입장공(14a)을 갖고 우측단삽입장공(14a) 상단부에서 전후방측으로 통공형성된 전후방끼움공(14b,14c)을 각각 갖는 우측단체결부(14)가 형성되며, 내측면 상하좌우측에는 내측으로 돌출된 볼스프링(15,15a,15b,15c)이 각각 형성되는 합성수지 재질의 고정구본체(10)와;
탄성을 갖는 판스프링으로, 일단측단은 상기 상하단체결부(11,12)의 상하단삽입장홈(11a,12a)과 좌우측단체결부(13,14)의 좌우측단삽입장홈(13a,14a)에 각각 삽입되는 삽입바(21)가 형성되고, 삽입바(21) 선단부에는 상기 상하단삽입장홈(11a,12a)과 좌우측단삽입장홈(13a,14a)에 억지끼움되어 탄성에 의해 상기 상하단삽입장홈(11a,12a)과 좌우측단삽입장홈(13a,14a)의 전후방체결공(11b,11c,12b,12c)(13b,13c,14b,14c)에 각각 걸림고정되는 전후방탄성걸림돌부(22,23)가 각각 형성되며, 타측단에서 철근(51)에 걸림고정되는 반원홈(24)이 형성되어 상기 고정구본체(10)를 철근(51) 상에서 각각 고정지지하는 상하부좌우측지지판스프링(20,20a,20b,20c)과;
