바탕재에 접착제의 도포는 KS L 1593의 철재 도포용 보조틀에 평활면을 위로 하여 바탕판 5매를 틈이 없이 삽입 고정하고, 공시 접착제의 적당량을 취하고 표준 빗으로 도포한다. 접착제의 도포 조작을 할 때에는 바탕재에 KS A 1527에 규정하는 테이프를 나비7mm 덮이도록 부착하고 적당량의 접착제를 올려놓고, 주걱 등을 사용하여 두께 7mm로 도포한 후, 표준 빗을 각도 약 60°로 세워서 양손으로 단번에 자기 앞으로 당겨 접착제를 5매의 바탕재로 균일하게 도포한다. 테이프는 접착제 도포 후 즉시 서서히 벗겨낸다.To apply the adhesive to the base material, insert 5 pieces of base plate without gaps and fix it with a smooth surface on the steel frame of application of KS L 1593 without gaps, take the appropriate amount of adhesive and apply it with a standard comb.
