Description
The present invention relates to a tube structure and a manufacturing method of an air-injected boat that connects the cover surface of the inner tube to which the air is injected with different materials and connects the bottom tube and the side tube to which the occupant is in close proximity.
1 is a perspective view showing a conventional air injection boat.
Referring to Figure 1, the conventional air injection boat is utilized by injecting air therein. In the conventional air-injected boat, to solve the weak point of the bottom surface was solved by combining the removable PVC floor reinforcement on the top.
Conventional air injection boats,
First, since the outside of the inner tube formed of PVC is covered with a low-cost vinyl or using expensive fabrics, the choice of the low-cost boat and the high-cost boat is inevitably limited.
Second, the bottom tube of the boat is rounded while driving because the bottom tube, which is the space for the passenger to board, and the side tube that generates the buoyancy cannot be formed and the fabric covering the entire bottom of the boat is sewn and fixed to the side tube. Is formed. Accordingly, the running performance and stability of the boat is deteriorated, the radius of curvature is increased when cornering, and there is a large friction resistance problem.
Third, the cover for covering the outside of the inner tube connects the oxford fabric, which is the fabric, and the PVC coated fabric, which is the fabric at the bottom of the boat, by sewing, so that the connection is not firm and the water penetrates and the oxford fabric There is a drawback that the weight of the boat can be increased by infiltration.
Accordingly, there has been a demand for the development of a pneumatic rubber boat having a tubular structure that improves the bottom shape of the boat to improve driving performance and stability, reduce frictional resistance, and reduce weight and manufacturing cost.
The present invention has been developed to provide a tube structure of the air-injected boat to reduce the cost and weight by increasing the stability and running performance by forming the connection portion with the side so that the bottom shape of the boat to be V-shaped, overlapping in the tube cover .

The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a tube of an air-injection boat, comprising: (a) fabricating a tube cover (1120, 1220) fabric of the outside of the polyester fiber coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC); (b) a high frequency bonding step of interconnecting the
The tube structure of the air-injected boat according to the present invention,
First, since Oxford fabric material and PVC coated boat fabric material are connected to the connection part and the suture part to form the cover of the side tube, the cost is relatively reduced and the overall weight of the boat is reduced compared to the conventional covering method. .
Second, since the side tube and the bottom tube are connected to each other by bonding the adjacent bottom surface with a PVC coated fabric, the bottom surface of the boat forms a V shape without spreading widely in a U shape. This improves the stability of the boat, increases the running performance, and reduces the frictional resistance. In addition, the rotational curvature radius is shortened without slipping during rotation, and the turning capability is excellent.
Third, the connection support is formed to connect the upper end of the bottom tube with the lower end, so that the bottom tube cover can be firmly fixed without moving according to the flow of the inner tube, thereby improving the passenger's riding comfort.
Fourth, since a part of the side tube cover is formed to be folded and provided with a reinforcing material, the strength of the side tube is improved and there is an aesthetic effect by the attachment of the reinforcing material. In addition, the reinforcement may prevent this from being damaged by the occupant's body in the folded tube cover.
Fifth, it is possible to increase the stability by forming the position of the connecting portion and the sealing portion in a mutually corresponding position, there is an advantage that can be connected firmly because the side tube and the bottom tube is connected to the adjacent bottom surface using a high-frequency junction.
In general, an air-injected boat is a type of small ship, in which air is injected into the hull to float on the water by buoyancy of the air. When moving or storing on land, it is widely used because it is easy to store and move because it reduces the volume by releasing air.
Such air-injected boats are generally formed with a side tube into which air is injected around the passenger's boarding space, and a bottom tube to form a bottom surface at the bottom of the boarding space. When the air is injected into the tube, the boat floats due to the buoyancy of the injected air and is configured to allow the occupant to move on board.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIG. 5, the
Referring to FIG. 5,
Referring to FIG. 5, one end of the first
Referring to FIG. 5, the
