Claims (4)
- 해저면에 배치되는 지지블록(10);상기 지지블록(10)에 하단부가 연결되고 그 상단부가 상방으로 연장되는 지지와이어(20);상기 지지와이어(20)의 상단부에 연결되고 수중에 배치되는 부력체(30);상기 부력체(30)의 상단부에 설치되어 수면으로 노출되는 상부구조물(40);상기 상부구조물(40)에 상단부가 지지되고 그 하단부가 수중에 배치되는 발전기행거(50); 및상기 발전기행거(50) 하단부에 연결되고 수류에 의해 축 회전되면서 발전이 가능하게 되는 로터(61)가 마련된 발전기(60)를 포함하며;상기 발전기(60)가 수면으로 상승되도록 하는 승강수단을 구비하되, 상기 승강수단은 상기 발전기행거(50)에 가이드(51)가 마련되고, 이에 대응되는 상부구조물(40)에 가이드레일(41)이 설치되며, 상기 발전기행거(50)의 상단부에 승강와이어(71)를 연결하고 이 승강와이어(71)를 풀고 당겨 발전기행거(50)를 승강시키는 윈치(70)가 구비되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 발전장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부구조물(40)의 일측부에 선박 접안을 위한 시설(80)과 이 상부구조물(40)의 상면에서 수면까지 연장되는 사다리(90)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 발전장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부력체(30)는 일정거리 이격되어 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍으로 되어 있고, 이들 부력체(30)의 전후단부에 대응해서 각각 복수개의 지지와이어(20) 및 지지블록(10)이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 발전장치.
