Claims (14)
- 유효성분으로서 표피성장인자(epidermal growth factor)를 단독으로 포함하고 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체를 함유하는 제2형 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표피성장인자는 글루코오스-비의존적으로 췌장 베타-세포에서 인슐린 분비를 촉진하는 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표피성장인자는 췌장 베타-세포에서 Ca2+ 유입과 PLD2 활성을 통하여 인슐린 분비를 촉진하는 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표피성장인자는 인간 표피성장인자(human epidermal growth factor)인 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표피성장인자는 개체의 중량에 대하여 5㎍/kg 내지 100㎍/kg의 양으로 투여되는 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 표피성장인자는 개체의 중량에 대하여 10㎍/kg 내지 60㎍/kg의 양으로 투여되는 것인 약학적 조성물.
