Claims (11)
- (1) 아나타제 산화티탄에 단당류 물질을 혼합하는 단계;(2) 상기 '단계 (1)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 혼합물에 황산, 아세트산무수물, 프탈산무수물, 말레산무수물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 탈수제를 첨가하는 단계;(3) 상기 '단계 (2)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 혼합물을 가열하여 탈수반응을 시키는 단계;(4) 상기 '단계 (3)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 물질에 포함되어 있는 불순물을 제거하기 위하여 물로 여과하는 단계;(5) 상기 '단계 (4)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 물질을 건조하는 단계; 및(6) 상기 '단계 (5)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 물질을 불소 처리하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 '단계 (1)'의 아나타제 산화티탄에 단당류 물질을 혼합하는 과정에서의 혼합비는 아나타제 산화티탄 100중량부를 기준으로 단당류 1 내지 100 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단당류 물질은 글리코우즈, 과당, 글리코알데히드, 리보우즈, 갈락토우즈 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 '단계 (2)'의 상기 '단계 (1)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 혼합물에 탈수제를 첨가하는 과정에서의 혼합비는 상기 혼합물 100 중량부를 기준으로 탈수제 10 내지 50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 '단계 (3)'의 상기 '단계 (2)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 혼합물을 가열하여 탈수반응을 시키는 과정은 70 내지 200℃의 온도에서 1 내지 4 시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 '단계 (5)'의 상기 '단계 (4)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 물질을 건조하는 과정은 100 내지 200℃의 온도에서 1 내지 4 시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 '단계 (6)'의 상기 '단계 (5)'의 과정을 통하여 얻어진 물질을 불소 처리하는 과정은 상온에서 불소와 비활성 가스의 혼합가스를 사용하여 이루어지며,상기 불소와 비활성 가스의 혼합비율은 10 내지 20 : 90 내지 80 vol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 불소와 비활성 가스의 혼합가스의 압력은 0.1 내지 5 기압인 것을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 비활성 가스는 질소, 아르곤, 헬륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의하여 제조되는 가시광선 응답형 아나타제 산화티탄 광촉매.
